Net en schoon appartement. Alle benodigdheden aanwezig. voor 5 personen is de woonkamer wel een beetje aan de kleine kant. Met 4 personen is het prima te doen. Zeer mooi uitzicht over het Ledromeer en een leuk zwebbadje erbij om even een frisse duik te nemen.

Prima appartement op prachtige locatie. Je hebt een geweldig uitzicht over het Ledromeer. Ons appartement (eerste verdieping) heeft een fijn balkon met ruime tafel en barbecue. Binnen een volwaardige keuken en badkamer en in de slaapkamers prettige bedden. Het enige minpuntje vind ik de parkeergelegenheid. Bij het huis is wel ruimte maar je kunt er nooit met veel auto's staan, omdat een ander dan niet meer weg kan. Iets verder naar beneden is wel plek, maar dit is niet praktisch met spullen in- en uitladen of met veel boodschappen (je moet dan namelijk steil omhoog lopen om bij het appartement te komen). Omgeving is echt een aanrader, er is genoeg te doen, maar geen massatoerisme.

Haus mit schönem Blick über den See

Wir hatten das Haus wegen der schönen Aussicht über den See gebucht und waren gespannt, was uns erwartet. Die Übergabe fand im Büro der Vermietungsagentur statt. Die Dame dort konnte zu unserem Glück etwas deutsch, was die Komunikation erleichterte. Wir erhielten eine grobe Karte mit dem Anfahrtsweg, mit der wir jedoch zuerst etwas Schwierigkeiten hatten das Haus zu finden. Aus anderen Urlauben waren wir es gewohnt, dass wir vom Vermieter zum Haus geleitet und dort eine richtige Übergabe stattfindet - das haben wir hier vermisst. Unsere Ferienwohnung lag in der unteren Etage des Hauses mit insgesamt 4 Ferienwohnungen, die auch alle belegt waren. Die Wohnung war sauber, relativ neu vorgerichtet. Bad und Schlafräume waren wie erwartet, die Wohnküche war praktisch eingerichtet, aber nur mäßig gemütlich, wenn man sich hier zu viert bei Schlechtwetter den ganzen Tag aufhalten müsste. Sofa, Tisch und Stühle machen einen wenig wertigen Eindruck. Der Fernsehr war sehr klein. Uns vielen auch einige kleinere Mängel auf: das Skartkabel am Fernsehr war kaputt, so dass dieser nur eingeschränkt nutzbar war (wegen seine geringen Bildschirmgröße haben wir sowieso weitgehend darauf verzichtet), die Duschhalterung im Bad war recht wackelig. außerdem stellten wir fest, das für uns 4 Personen nur 2x Bettdecken vorhanden waren. Die fehlenden Decken wurden jedoch nach einem Anruf im Vermieterbüro umgehend nachgeliefert. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein freies WLAN, welches jedoch häufig zusammen brach. Außerdem flog zumindest in den ersten Tagen regelmäßig die Sicherung raus (evtl. wegen Gewitter?). Die Ferienwohnung ist relativ hellhörig - wir konnten regelmäßig bis in die späten Nachtstunden der Familie mit größeren Kindern über uns beim Möbelrücken zuhören. Nach unserer Anreise bei strömendem Regen konnten wir erst am nächsten Morgen die Aussicht über den See genießen, die wirklich grandios ist. Trotz kleinerer Mängel haben wir am Ledrosee eine schöne Ferienwoche verbracht. Wir waren, dank überwiegend gutem Wetter täglich unterwegs und haben die Wohnung daher mehr oder minder nur zum Schlafen genutzt. Ein Genuss waren das Frühstück auf der Veranda mit Blick über den See oder die herrlichen Mondaufgänge.
