A farmhouse style kitchen made from reclaimed wood. Ceramic hob and electric oven, freezer, microwave, food processor, citrus juicer, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Views over garden and apple trees. Wooden floor boards. Pretty pine shelves. Radio.
Dining room
Beautifully appointed spacious room with pine table and chairs, dresser, pine latched doors and wooden floor, views to rear garden.
Sitting room
Door to rear patio area and gardens, two comfortable sofas, television, a large coffee table, wood burning stove and a selection of books and games. Wonderful views to rear garden and fields beyond.
Cloakroom
With a washing machine, basin & WC

The beauty of this cottage is its position. A truly rural retreat, away from the bustle of the roads, yet just a few minutes walk to the local pub and a short drive to the coast. The quintessential garden boasts far reaching views over the fields and the mature hedging and apple trees give an air of seclusion and privacy. The paved patio area to the rear of the property is a great place to eat in the evenings and just listen to the birds. There is ample parking at the cottage for two or three cars. Please note the garden is not enclosed.
