New Homeowner! Spacious 1 bedroom oceanfront condo

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was nice to sit on the deck, listen to the waves, walk on the beach, and relax at the pool. The property is very well maintained. The area around is safe and all amenities are handy.

Amazing 42nd Anniversary Stay

The 2nd story condo, with a balcony overlooking the ocean so you can hear the waves anytime, beautifully decorated in beach theme...with a well-stocked kitchen...was perfect for our anniversary trip! It was comfy, like home away from home. Also Restaurants, WalMart, Putt-Putt, etc. are nearby. Traffic was easy. Loved it! Thank you so much!

Very clean well maintained good access to beach pretty quiet check in sucked man at parking deck said there was no one there with information on how to get into room no one called us man was rude had to rent motel room that night came back next morning lady at parking deck helped very helpful

It was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay, only wish it was longer. I would however suggest that they label the dehumidifier so guest empty it when full. We have one can knew how but when we got there it was full.

Nice condo, and it was big enough for the 3 of us. Glad for the second bathroom, and the pull out couch had an extra pad on it so we didn’t have to use our air mattress. The balcony furniture was heavy duty which was great for me. The only problem we had is the ice maker on the fridge didn’t work, we let sea breeze resort staff know but never heard anything back. But we will stay there again next time we visit.

Realty company was very rude.

Condo 212 nice inside, nice furniture in and on balcony. Bathrooms aren't that nice. Hot tub was closed. Construction on patio. Had leak in bathroom from condo above. Never a phone call or message to apologize for inconvenience. Older man in office very rude. Only wanted to give us 2 towels a day and said to wash them every day... there's a washer and dryer in condo. No hand towels. He said they didn't have enough to hand out. They were for the winter guest. VRBO has not helped with any credit for all the inconvenience, unprofessionalism and amenities that were not disclosed as closed or that there was construction going on. Disappointed. I believe if you don't go through Sea Breeze Realty Co, you may be ok staying at another condo there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: Very comfortable condo in the Royal Gardens complex. Easy to get into and out of. Great location. Salty Pickle eatery/bar on premises was surprisingly great. The bad: Paper towels and dish soap not supplied. Mgt should have better informed us of what we needed to bring. We received no info from them on what was supplied or not supplied. Customer service rep on phone was poorly trained/discourteous. The middle: Condo equipped with the bare minimum linens and very basic kitchen supplies. Overall: I do recommend this unit and complex and will return but will make sure to be better equipped next time.
