Updated 3 Bedroom Condo! Royal Garden Resort

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This is a three-bedroom end condo in Royal Garden Resort. Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool. We have The Salty Pickle that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There is a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however; there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Our roomwas not ready when we arrived by 4:00 p.m. that is not satisfactory for reserving this room in March. Probably will not book thru Sea Breeze Realty again.

I have used this Unit for the last 4 years for the cooking meals/visiting with family members. I loved the layout for cooking with this Unit. Able to walk from your room to the beach/swimming pools and walking on the beach. Was glad when the owner left early for our group to come in on Fri. Did missed the fireworks off of the beach this year. Will be back in a couple of years as working Part Time in Nursing and soon to retire. Want to do a fall vacation in 2025 and hoping to return in 2026, Lord willing. Nice area that you can do more/other sightseeing activities no matter what time of the year, compared to Nags Head in NC.

Healing week. We are coming back in June 2024. Great room for all especially is our main Unit for cooking and eating together. Our meeting room for socialization and playing games. A great layout Unit. Last year I had rented total of 3 Units. Next year 4 Units. All close together on the same floor.

My daughter-in-law mopped the first day because the baby's legs were so dirt from the floors. Then the hall bathrooms a tile fell from the ceiling, never got that put back up. The furniture on the balcony one bench was busted. The door to our condo was off the hinges so you had to lift up on it to open and shut the door, but all that was just miner stuff. The parking garage was the worst issue so tight get in and out, drive a small vehicle!!!!

Logan always treats us good and is always helpful. the unit was much cleaner then last year,but some things could still use some attention, for example the deck furniture is of a very good quality but the sun and UV rays have taken a toll, it needs some repair. the master bedroom bath was in need of some repair, there were holes in the drywall and the towel racks were missing.

2021 Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 201 again this year and found it to be in good condition and clean. The A/C worked well also appliances were in good working order. Unit was clean and free from signs of a previous renter. All lights burning, tub and sink drained properly. Only issue was den TV does not have enough signal for both TV and Router. Overall for what little bit of time we spent indoors the condo was great!
