Ground floor apartment situated in a large complex. Family friendly area in north cyprus close to famagusta, 3 pool areas, restaurant, bar, fitness centre, spa, games room, outdoor play area and süpermarket all situated inside the complex.

This apartment has just been built and completed early 2018.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot, built in wardrobe and bed side cabinets and a chest of draws with a mirror in the bedroom and one sofa bed for 2 adults, one sofa bed for a child and a single open up bed for a adult in the living room.

Guest in our apartment will have access to Wifi within the apartment, 3 pools.

Hot and cold water dispenser machine.
Air con.
Microwave.
Fridge Freezer
Cutlery, sauce pans.
******i will also provide tea bags, coffee and 1 carton of milk to all the guest to settle them in without the hassle of running around to find milk or tea/coffee as soon as they arrive at the apartment.****

We can offer transfers to the apartment from Ercan or Larnaca at additional cost guaranteed cheaper then local Taxi service.

Vehicles can be rented from Noyanlar on site at the complex prices vary...

1. CLEANING after your stay is not included in the price you pay - the cost is 30 sterlin.
On request, you can order cleaning during your stay as well for 30 Sterlin.

2. MUNICIPAL PAYMENTS (Water and electricity are paid additionally according to the local price for water and electricity.) Gas is included in the rental price. otherwise i can sort a price out if the renter wants all inclusive of electric and water.

To access the INTERNET, the apartment has a WiFi point. Also you can buy a local sim card with an Internet package.
