Matt was an outstanding host, and this house was absolutely a home. It came fully stocked and ready to use, in impeccable shape. Matt was super communicative leading up to check-in, was flexible with check-out, and we loved that we didn't have to do the work of tidying and cleaning before checking out (even though we did some out of courtesy). We loved this home and location! Will absolutely be back and 10000% recommend. Honestly, wish we could own a home like this. Absolute goals.

Upon our arrival, this cheery home greeted us with streams of natural light, fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine . My wife commented that the kitchen showcased Matt’s attention to detail. Chip clips, yes… blender, mixer, knife set, baking dish, yes, yes, yes, yes ! From the salad spinner to the clothing steamer, my wife and I both agreed that this was the most well-appointed VRBO we’ve ever experienced. Over the month that we stayed, we entertained several guests. The two full baths and multiple living areas made entertaining easy. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening conversations on the lovely, private deck in the backyard. Sunset walks in the quiet neighborhood were highlighted by fantastic views of both the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges. Matt’s thoughtful care for his property reflects more than just his investment in it. Its kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and are decorated with tasteful, modern appointments. Matt was a very attentive host. He was responsive to our needs yet very respectful of our privacy, especially while thoughtfully coordinating yard upkeep while we would be out. Location was ideal. We often popped up to Queen Anne Avenue to grab coffee or dinner, take a stroll along Highland Avenue, or pop into the cute shops. Magnolia, Fremont, Lake Union, Ballard, and even downtown Seattle were all short drives.Overall: cannot recommend more highly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

Great house!

The house was a great location in Queen Anne to get to UW, close to Fremont with lots of restaurants and fun shops. It was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, nice backyard. We would definitely stay there again!

Magnificent hospitality!

This was the best, most generously equipped house that we have ever stayed in. We would have ben very happy and comfortable to stay for weeks. I only hope that this house will be available for our next visit to Seattle.

Nice property

We had a lovely ten-day stay visiting family. The host was gracious and we enjoyed the Queen Anne location. Everything in the the house was well stocked and in good condition. We especially loved hanging out in the backyard.

Absolutely phenomenal stay

My family and I had the most wonderful trip in Seattle and having a lovely property to come back to at the end of the evening made all the difference. Matt was extremely hospitable and the property was perfect for my family of four. The location was great for the places we went to. Pleasant Queen Anne Stay

This was a return stay for us, this time over the holidays. Host was great with personal touches and responsive to any questions or issues. Well stocked with supplies and amenities. Love the Queen Anne neighborhoods and coffee shops and proximity to downtown and other neighborhoods nearby. Will be back!

Perfect Seattle Oasis

Absolutely beautiful home with high end kitchen, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable beds and stunning backyard. The space was just what we needed while moving our son into his dorm at Seattle Pacific University (just steps away). While at the house we enjoyed playing games, having a backyard BBQ and creating family memories! Can't wait to return.

Wonderful house and host

We have stayed at many rentals, and Matt's house is truly one of the best we've been at. The house was extremely well-equipped and immaculate. The kitchen has everything you might need, and there are many thoughtful touches: maps, guidebooks, games, many extra towels. We enjoyed the backyard area as well. Matt was friendly and easy to deal with. Location was convenient to many areas of Seattle. Will definitely book again when in WA.

Fantastic stay

We have stayed in many vrbo properties. This property is exceptional. Good communication with owner. He answered any questions we had. Easy check in and check out. The property is clean. The kitchen has anything you would need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are all updated. Backyard is very private. Good neighborhood for walking. We would stay here again.

Seattle get away

Matt is a super host! He was so easy to reach and communicate with. His home was so welcoming with lights on, fresh flowers, and a welcoming treat. The bed was so comfortable. This house is the most equipped with dishes, utensils, etc. I have ever seen. This was the perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend! welcoming treat.

Perfect home away from home

The 4 of us , plus dog, LOVED this house. The owner supplied EVERYTHING you could imagine. Full kitchen complete with spices, coffee, all equipment. Fresh Flowers , cookies and wine awaited us. Short drive to many places of interest. Enclosed back yard , great for kids and dogs. Matt was easy to reach and very accommodating. STAY HERE. You won’t be disappointed.
