About this property

Extraordinary townhouse, facing the sea.

The accommodation is located between the beaches (blue flags), Cala del Moro and three beaches

At 300 meters from the sea, the community has 4 different areas, with 4 swimming pools, for independent use of them.

It has access to the green area from the terrace 2 meters from the lawn and gardens.

It is a very quiet area with no problems of parking, if necessary has its own place. It is very well furnished and with the option to attach a cot in case of need.

It has a terrace of 35 m, in which life is practically made with shade
from 12 in the morning.

TV is available. in the living room and A. A. in the master bedroom and living room, it has a solarium with extraordinary views and a shower. The kitchen has all the accessories (except dishwasher) and utensils.

The owners live 50 meters in case of any setback and the house has a multi-risk housing insurance that covers any type of eventuality.

Perfect!

We couldn't ask for more from this wonderful property and welcoming hosts. Great for families - the kids loved it. Some fantastic restaurants close by. So peaceful and yet close to amenities. It was difficult to leave!

Alojamiento estupendo

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable en este alojamiento. Tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas: piscina espectacular a pie de terraza, casa amplia con todo lo necesario y muy cerca de las playas. Para repetir, sobretodo si vas con niños, ya que es una urbanización con un ambiente muy familiar y tranquilo. Los dueños, Jose Luis y Inmaculada, muy atentos y amables. Nos facilitaron la llegada para poder aprovechar al máximo el primer día.

El apartamento correcto. Faltaria alguna mosquitera. A mi gusto una ubicacion perfecta con vistas a la sierra de Irta. Y por su puesto Jose Luis y su mujer son muy amables.

Encantados y encantadores propietarios

Muy agradable y la piscina estupenda. Los propietarios muy atentos y pendientes de todo. La urbanización está en un sitio muy tranquilo, con un parque muy cercano, importante si llevas mascotas. También está cerca la playa. Todo muy bien. Esperamos volver

Des vacances idéales ! Le logement est très propre et avec le confort nécessaire pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Les deux terrasses sont idéales pour s’installer selon les envies à l’ombre ou au soleil. La plage n’est qu’à quelques centaines de mètres, au bout de la rue. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par José Luis et sa femme. Ce sont des gens charmants qui habitent proche du logement et sont très disponibles en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement !
