A pretty residence from the 12th to the 17th century, renovated in the tradition, partially enclosed by brick walls sandstone and flint, slate roofing tiles and Varengeville. Ideal location, quiet with beautiful views of cliffs, sea, garden and countryside. Old bread oven, warm wooden beams and walls decorated sandstone and flint throughout the house.
SAINT-AUBIN-SUR-MER won the prestigious BLUE FLAG by the quality of its bathing water and its environment.


On the ground floor, the living room with a sofa bed and dining room are open to the garden.
A spacious and comfortable dining room follows the well-equipped kitchen, a
shower room / wc with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, 3 bright rooms with breathtaking views of the sea (5 minutes walk) and gardens, each with double bed, equipped with 1 plus a single bed, bathroom and toilet.
WEED END IN VERY HIGH SEASON ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
animals are allowed on prior arrangement with the owner
possibility of rent of sheets 15 € the pair, towel 10 € the kit, cleaning end of stay 100 €.

Schön, aber zu teuer

Schöne Außenanlage und altes, großes Haus mit Charme. Leider ist das Haus innen sehr dunkel, obwohl es gut ausgeleuchtet ist. Die Badezimmer sind ohne Fenster und der Preis war zu hoch.

Fijn vakantiehuis met privacy en dichtbij zee

Wij hadden een fantastische week in dit mooie vakantiehuis. Het ligt op een klein domein op max. 10 min lopen van het strand. Het huis was keurig netjes en mooier dan onze verwachting. Zeker een plek om nog eens terug te keren.

Eine tolle Woche Urlaub

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie (4 Kinder) eine ganz tolle Woche in dem Haus und an dem wunderschönen Naturstrand. Dieser ist zu Fuß in 5-6 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn man es ruhig und naturbelassen mag, dann ist es hier genau richtig, wie für uns. Das Haus und das riesengroße Grundstück bieten alles was das Herz begehrt und ist groß genug für eine ganze Familie. Also absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit großem Grundstück

Das Haus bietet guten Komfort. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Man kann jeden Morgen frische Baquettes, Croissants, Meeresfrüchte und Fisch direkt am Strand erwerben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert, trotz Sprachbarriere. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Für Familien (auch mit Hund) bestens geeignet.

Dommage que Saint Aubin sur mer ne soit pas plus accueillant .....il n'y a pas grand commerce dans le village . Il faut se déplacer dans les voyages voisins pour trouver de quoi organiser un repas. Luneray est le bourg idéal pour faire les courses. La maison agréable ....est idéale pour une famille avec enfants ...de l'espace à l'extérieur pour les jeux et un confort avec les deux salles de bain.

Magnifique séjour au gîte d Epineville, très belle maison ancienne au charme authentique, confort moderne prestations qualité 4 étoiles terrasse avec un superbe jardin paysager. Calme et tranquillité assurés. La plage de Saint Aubin est seulement quelques minutes à pied. Merci à Madame Michel et Monsieur Mérai pour leur sympathique accueil chaleureux! A bientôt!

Ruhig gelegen

Hatten geruhsame 2 Wochen in diesem Haus genossen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für 7 Erwachsene Personen ist es vielleicht doch zu klein. Für Familie mit Kindern ist es ideal. Schöner gepflegter Garten und eine schöne Terrasse . Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort. Nur mit Auto zu empfehlen.

Entspannte Ferien

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus zusammen mit 3 anderen Einheiten auf einem Grundstück. Die anderen Einheiten waren weit genug weg und durch die Gartengestaltung war man abgeschirmt. Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut - sher schön war die Fussbodenheizung. Einziges Manko waren Ameisen im Haus - was zu verkraften war. Leider hat man vom Garten aus keinen Meerblick aber dafür ist man nach kurzen Fussmarsch direkt am Meer. Die Vorort Betreuung war sehr gut.

je vous remercie d'avoir choisis le four a pain pour votre séjour mais il y a une vue sur la mer sur la chambre donnant coté route avec une vue sur mer et falaise.

Very nice house, well equipped

We spent two weeks in this house. It was very clean, very well equipped. We had a warm welcome from Mme Michel and Cidre as gift. The area is ideal for walking on the beach and visits to the nearby villages. The spaciuos Garden was a paradise for our dog. I can very much recommend the house.

Idéal à tout point de vue...

J'ai cherché pendant des semaines une belle maison au calme, proche de la mer, équipée de tout le confort moderne, mais respirant aussi l'histoire des grands événements du passé. Mission impossible? Mais non! Au lieu dit "Epineville" nous avons trouvé exactement ce mélange désiré et en plus à un prix correct. Depuis l'accueil (bouteille au frais comprise:-)) jusqu'à la remise des clés à la fin, nous avions pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances sans aucun soucis et dans un bel cadre ou la plupart du temps nous avions été seuls. Un grand merci à la "bonne fée" Madame Michel et au propriétaire admirable Monsieur Merai qui a "osé" créer cet espace enchanteur pas seulement pour lui, mais aussi pour d'autres. Cette maison nous l'avions apprécié aussi par sa conception sur 2 étages, son équipement moderne incluant le WIFI (!) et les machines à laver. Le jardin clôturé est très beau et idéal pour s'y prélasser, aussi avec un chien, à condition de respecter la parfaite propreté des lieux. Comme toute petite remarque, je pense que les linges de bain loués pourrait être plus nombreux que 1 de chaque, aussi parce qu'il y a 2 salles de bain. Personnellement je ne peux que recommander cette location, surtout à des personnes ayant une voiture (qui peut ce garer directement devant la maison!) et qui désirent découvrir la Haute-Normandie. Avec mes remerciements et meilleures salutations.

un site enchanteur!

Un site naturel enchanteur. Le gite quant à lui correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photographies de l'annonce. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le coté isolé du domaine et le terrain entièrement clos qui assure une entière sécurité avec un petit. L'accueil fut chaleureux et le seul tout petit problème rencontré rapidement résolu et accompagné d'une bouteille d'un excellent cidre local! Passionnés de nature et d'histoire mous avons principalement fréquenté les plages et visité parcs et châteaux qui ne manquent pas dans la région ainsi que la très jolie petite ville de Veules les Roses juste à côté.(nous y sommes allés trois fois!) Je recommanderais volontiers cette location à un ami.

Perfekter Urlaub in der Normandie.

Dieses Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Es befindet sich, wie auch der Garten, in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Einrichtung bietet alles was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden selbst gerne wieder kommen.

een stormachtige vakantie

Ondanks het zeer wisselvallige weer hebben wij genoten van onze vakantie in St. Aubin sur Mer. Het huis is zeer comfortabel en ligt prachtig bij zee. In de omgeving hebben wij veel gefietst en gewandeld. De Fransen zelf zijn heel actief op zee met kitesurfen. Het huis was goed verzorgd, schoon en we zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen (de contactpersoon spreekt helaas alleen Frans).
