The property has a west facing private garden and is built on two levels. The ground level has a large kitchen and living room. The fireplace is the center piece of both rooms as it is accesible from both sides. Also there is a small bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor



The first floor holds the master suite that offers great sea views.



The area Costabella is known for its high quality beaches and you have all amenities at walking distance. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within a 500 meter radius from the property.



From this holiday rental property Marbella is only a five minute drive. Puerto Banus is about a ten to fifteen minute drive. Málaga airport is a 30 minute drive

House was light and clean

House was light and clean. Located in short walk distance from the sea, but the beach there is not very nice. Terrace and garden was excellent-perfect for chilling with friends. House had everything what’s needed for stay. Neighborhood is quiet, meant more for couplesfamilies. Not that much good places around to go for dinnerparty. Turned out that the owner had some problems with Internet company and there were NO WiFi in house at all!!! When we arrived they promissed to fix it next day, which they didn’t! When I called to asked them to do that, they sais that they can’t so we were left without WiFi more than a week! Ants were comming into the kitchen, but at least they had bug spry there! Air conditioner in the bedroom on ground floor smelled very bad when turned on! Could be more towels there so it would be possible to change them more often and wash!

Nous avons trouvé le logement parfaitement équipé et propre. Il est complet et très chaleureux on s’y s’en vite chez nous. Il était également proche de toute commodité ce qui est vraiment important en tant que voyageur. Tout était parfait.

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Haus mit Garten

Die Unterkunft ist ein schönes Haus mit Garten. Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Obergeschoss und eines im Erdgeschoss. Grundsätzlich wurde die Location sauber übergeben, nur gab es leider ein Problem mit Ameisen, die wir in der Küche vorgefunden haben. Das Haus ist super strandnah ca. 6 Minuten. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. Allerdings möchte darauf hinweisen, dass es sich bei dem 2. Bett im Erdgeschoss um ein Ausziehbett handelt, sodass die Personen auf verschiedenen Ebenen schlafen und es sich beim nächtlichen drehen auch gerne wieder einfährt.. 😉

Casa en costabella

La casa es preciosa y muy tranquila,Y muy bien equipada . La ubicación excelente se llega dando un corto paseo a la playa. El césped estaba algo descuidado y una de las dos habitaciones tenía humedades por lo que tuvimos que cerrarla , se nos avisó de ello por si queríamos cancelar la estancia. Recomiendo a pesar de todo ello la estancia en esta preciosa casa no os echéis atrás por estos comentarios.

La casa está genial. Las habitaciones, el jardín, la decoración, la ubicación... todo. Nos dieron facilidades con el horario tanto a la entrada, como a la salida. Se duerme muy fresquito. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Estuvimos 24 horas sin agua y tuvimos que indagar nosotros hasta ver cual era el problema. No había presión en el agua y apenas salía caliente, aunque al ser verano no importó. Hay que llevarse antimosquitos, no es cosa de la casa, sino de la zona.

Schönes wohnen mit Hindernissen

Gut eingrichtet, allerdingsgab einige Probleme. der Strom war an zwei Tagen nicht da, da es einen Defekt innerhalb des Hauses gab, dadurch fiehl auch die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer für den Rest unseres Urlaubs aus. Wir wollten nicht zum vierten mal Handwerker im Haus haben, denn bereits am Anfang war die Terrasse noch nicht fertig gefliest. In der Gasheizung in der Küche war leider auch die Gasflache leer, ein Ersatz war da, aber es war die letzte Flache, fünf leere Flaschen waren im Schuppen.
