New villa in a large property of 3000 m2, completed in April 2017 with beautiful pool overlooking the sea and mountains, very quiet 5 minutes drive from the beach of St Cyprien and 15 minutes from the port of Porto Vecchio and close to shops. . Contemporary furnishing, .. Nice living room with open kitchen very well equipped with storeroom (freezer, LV, 2 furnaces including 1 MO, barbecue etc. Opening on a large terrace. TV lounge - WiFi internet access: On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed a large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet; 1 laundry with washing machine 15 kg, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, a large bedroom (double bed) with bathroom and walk-in shower. The toilets are separated.
