No smoking.. Just yards from the sandy beach, this beautifully restored Victorian holiday home has been carefully furnished inside and has a fully equipped kitchen. With lovely beach and cliff walks from the door, it nestles under the cliff in the arches built to provide access to the beach from the Pugin-designed Granville Hotel (architect of the House of Lords). A short stroll along the seafront is the Royal Harbour and town centre. The area is a paradise for golfers, with two championship courses nearby and the Royal Sands Golf Course is 4 miles away. Horse riding, 2 miles. Easy access to London. Shop, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

Excellent accommodation and location. Parking available outside the accommodation. Facilities to a good standard and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for a couple and dog.

This is a unique location and accommodation.

This is a unique location and accommodation. It is more than well equipped - kitchen, laundry etc, with a bath/shower room on each floor.Park right outside no charge.The views from the bedroom are amazing. Location really central, beach just there - even at high tide sand is not far away.Ramsgate is great and Broadstairs and Margate so close- walk, drive, bus, train that it's a great base for exploring.

Fantastic house and location onsite parking the beach is just across the raod the house itself is fully equiped you need for nothing stunning veiws from the bedroon overlooking the sea there are some amazing cliff walks our dog loved it he had a great time this was our first time holidaying at Ramsgate we can't wait to book again residents were really freindly

We had the most lovely week at Seascape.

We had the most lovely week at Seascape. Comms with cottage owner was great and check-in and check-out procedures really easy. The kitchen was really well equipped and everything we needed was there - we never had to eat out during our stay. The view from the cottage was simply wonderful and the walk to town or the beach did not involve steep slopes. During low tide the walks along the beach were simply fabulous - end of year with sunrises a little later we could enjoy those beautiful sunrises too. Our dog loved the space on the beach and meeting lots of other friendly dogs during our daily morning walks. I would definitely recommend Seascape and hope to return again someday. Lovely cottage, couldn't be nearer the sea and watching the sunrises i didn't even know we got in the UK, amazing, Harley the Labradoodle adored it as much as us and being on the beach 4/5 times a day, we had the best weather ever for February, Partner said he had the best sleep in the most comfy 6ft bed while i had to sleep on the most comfy sofa bed, i couldn't cope with the stairs but couldn't believe how well i slept, We stayed 2 weeks and everything was catered for right down to the last knife and fork, Thank you Chantelle for all your help,
