Magnificent sunny and comfortable house, exceptional view

Large house located in a quiet location but 2 steps walk from the city center (teens autonomous for their activities), very sunny with 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160 and 1 room of 30 m² with 4 beds 90 and 1 140 2 bathrooms (1 single bath) 2 WCs, 1 independent. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc ... opening onto 1 living room with 2 large bay windows from where magnificent views of the mountains and the city and 2 terraces with garden furniture, a kitchen side and living room side under an arbor. 1 balcony and 1 garden surrounding the house and a bicycle garage.
Price 1100 euros per week in July and August and 800 euros out of season.

Deposit 1000 euros on arrival.

Maison de vacances idéale pour un séjour parfait sur Embrun et ses alentours.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. La maison est grande et très bien équipée. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse . L'emplacement est idéal proche du centre ville tout en étant dans un quartier calme.

Vue magnifique Logement spacieux

La Maison offre une vue incroyable, la route pour y accéder est escarpée mais lorsque l'on connait Embrun cela n'a rien d'étonnant. Elle est spacieuse, assez propre (un grand nettoyage de fond serait nécessaire) plutôt bien équipée, même si le mobilier des chambres est assez désuet. La literie et les oreillers sont comme les meubles ils commencent a avoir vécu, mais cela reste acceptable. Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables Marie qui fait l'accueil est charmante et très serviable

Très bon séjour en famille à Embrun

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. La maison est grande et agréable, rien ne manque. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse ombragée car il faisait très chaud. Quelques ventilateurs auraient été les bienvenus, ainsi que des rideaux pour les baies vitrées, en cette période de canicule. Nous avons bien apprécié le plan d'eau et les petits lacs de montagne pour les baignades. Sinon tout était parfait. L'accueil était bien organisé, très bon contact avec Lucie qui était très réactive.
