Set in a quiet location with a beautiful enclosed garden. Take a day trip to Edinburgh which can be reached within an hour.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (private). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring.. This charming, detached holiday cottage is on a quiet country lane, situated on a working farm and is ideally located to explore the beauty of Dumfries and Galloway and Scotland’s Border Country with picturesque towns and villages set in a landscape of rolling hills, wild moorland and meandering rivers. The historic cities of Edinburgh, Carlisle and cosmopolitan Glasgow are easily reached within an hour. Dumfries and Galloway boasts rugged coastlines and secluded sandy beaches with many beautiful gardens to explore. Enjoy world-class mountain biking, walking routes, riding, fishing on the River Annan, 2 miles, and birdwatching all within easy reach. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

2nd visit to this little gem of a place and all ready booked for next year would highly recommend lovley woodland walks for the dogs and plenty places to visit in the vicinity hot tub is excellent overall great place really friendly owners

Stayed here for the weekend for my friends 30th, having previously stayed in a log cabin in a site with other cabins I found this a lot better as it is situated on its own and don’t need to worry about noise and how late your in the hot tub etc Louise couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful, there just a message away with any questions, cottage had all you needed and more, great location and plenty take aways and places to eat around, we visited a little pub in Lockerbie on the Sunday to watch football and have lunch and it was lovely!! Already looking at going back soon! Thanks for the best weekend your little cottage is just amazing xx

Have just had a lovely week at Blueberry Cottage (2 adults, 2 children, dog AND cat!!). It's a super comfy cottage with absolutely every possible thing you could want supplied. The hot tub was excellent, spotlessly clean and maintained and such a treat on a chilly day! Louise, the host, is super helpful and friendly. We had a couple of minor issues whilst we were there which Louise ensured were sorted out immediately. She was really wonderful. Great spot, great dog walks from the door, super private, super handy for main travel routes. Highly recommend.
