The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in a separate utility room to maintain the peaceful ambience. There is an enclosed south facing lawn and courtyard garden to relax and soak up the sun. Bird watchers, walkers and those wishing to explore the coastline will be delighted. Sailing, sea fishing and golf are available locally. Splash Fun Water Park and the North Norfolk Railway headquarters, which runs along the coastline through unspoilt countryside, is within easy reach. Visit nearby villages of Holt and Weybourne.
