There is an enclosed south facing lawn and courtyard garden to relax and soak up the sun. Bird watchers, walkers and those wishing to explore the coastline will be delighted. Sailing, sea fishing and golf are available locally. Splash Fun Water Park and the North Norfolk Railway headquarters, which runs along the coastline through unspoilt countryside, is within easy reach. Visit nearby villages of Holt and Weybourne. Perfect Seaside Getaway

This was the perfect getaway to explore Sharingham to the fullest. Only a short 4 to 5-minute walk to the town where there is a vast amount of amenities to enjoy. Check-in was very easy. Host was very responsive and offered his assistance whenever it was needed. Highly recommended property!!

Fantastic house, everything we needed was there.

Fantastic house, everything we needed was there. Very spacious, we had family time and also enough space to have time to yourself, to read a book or just relax. Only problem was parking, which in all fairness isn't the owners fault. Just a heads up that the car park charges for hours that should have been free. Would highly recommend.

The cottage is well equipped and very clean.

The cottage is well equipped and very clean. Also, welcoming and homely, with good sized rooms. It is in a good position, especially for this time of year, and through the winter. Close to all of the town amenities, but also close to the seafront and the beach. We had travelled in two cars, the town was generally busy, and the on street parking was quite tight. Lovely house with every amenity possible

Veery comfortable house with plenty of seating for lots of people. Close to town centre with great walks along th sea shore. The bonus of 3 bathrooms was great.

First time visiting sheringham and all 9 of us loved it.

First time visiting sheringham and all 9 of us loved it. Filey house was so lovely everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was fantastic 5 mins from High street and the Beach. Parking for one car on the drive and free parking on the road we managed to find a space for two more cars but over the road was a carpark if street was busy. We will definitely be back one day.

This was our second visit to Filey House. It is a beautiful house with home from home comfort. The location is fantastic with the beach up the road and town down the road. Easy access to other areas. Loved it and will go back

Nice house in an excellent location.

Nice house in an excellent location. Only a few minutes walk from the all the shops and cafes, etc, and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The cottage allows pets and consequently there was rather a lot of dog hair in the carpet downstairs. The carpets upstairs were a lot better. The owner was very helpful, supplying any items that were missing and fixing small problem quickly. There is a small garden and parking out front for one car. (Free on street parking is available, but you might not end up especially near the house depending on the time of day). I'd recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Filey house. The house was spotless and the extra touches of tea,milk and biscuits waiting for us was lovely. The facilities were amazing. The house had everything we needed and more. The photos don’t do this house justice. Parking is limited but the house is so close to everything we didn’t use our cars during our stay. We had 3 small children and a dog in our party and they were all catered for. The only slight annoyances were that the dishwasher wasn’t working correctly and the hot water for the shower was very hot! We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

House was just right for us .

House was just right for us .6 adults and 4 child,2 toddlers and 1 babe. Loved being so close to beach.Top room very steep stairs and little issue about those on top room didn’t have door so noise easily disturbed toddler and baby .We resolved that easily though by either early nights or moving to kitchen where could be louder if anyone wished. Obviously only room for one car at front was challenge as there were 3 cars coming from different parts of Uk and road parking not always available.Was sorted though with few hiccups which included the best car in road(Lexus half electric) being damaged by strange dust which damaged the paintwork .Police called. Definitely would come again as we so rarely are together in one house and had a great time.

A great value property.

A great value property. Excellent position for town centre and beach. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Parking is tight but for £7 for 24 hours there is always the long stay car park opposite. The only real downside was the uncomfortable sofas, but that was in no way a deal breaker. We would definitely recommend it.

Filey House was lovely for our week's stay and we didn't mind Storm Gareth rattling in from the sea either. The House was a nice size and really well equipped, though the three-piece suite is a bit tired and slightly uncomfortable due to some seat sagging. The location is a perfect distance from town, so it's quiet, but Fish n' Chips is never more than a few minutes away. The top floor bedroom suite is fabulous with really nice TV and en-suite and our boys were more than happy with their beds and bedrooms on the first floor. In all it was excellent value and one that we'll bear in mind for future visits to this wonderful seaside town.
