We had a lovely week in this cottage with spectacular views. Within easy reach of good walking, swimming and tourist spots if weather wet.
Well equipped and very comfortable.

Bryn Awel provides the perfect location for a relaxing weekend away.
Bryn Awel provides the perfect location for a relaxing weekend away. There were so many great walks on our doorstep that we didn’t really bother using the car and the wood burner made the perfect welcome in the evening. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful remote cottage on the edge of Snowdonia.
Beautiful remote cottage on the edge of Snowdonia. Ideal for couples looking for a romantic break with no neighbors close by and a huge comfy bed for lounging in. The cottage backs on to a large forest which will appeal to dog walkers. Dog friendly pub about a mile and a half through the woods or cross fields into the village. Make sure you bring supplies with you as miles from the nearest big supermarket although apparently you can get deliveries and there is a big Co-Op in Bala. Heating not a problem and there is a fire with plenty of wood to keep you warm. Would be more than happy to come back and stay here again.

We booked on line several months ago very easily
The description was exactly as we found it. The view over the river was beautiful and we particularly liked being able to walk from back of cottage with our two dogs before heading off to explore, there was plenty to see. Lovely area
