Garden. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply via borehole. Access is via a rough track. The hot tub is not available in December and January.. Enjoy stunning views from the front of The Barn or whilst soaking in the hot tub. The spacious and bright open-plan living area offers comfy sofas, wall-mounted TV with Sky and a small dining table. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday in this stunning location. There is also a convenient walk-in shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Ascending the staircase to the first floor, you will find a spacious and well-appointed bedroom featuring a kingsize bed, built-in wardrobe, TV and original feature beamed ceilings.
This delightful, stone-built barn conversion enjoys splendid views out over the valley and the surrounding countryside. Whether you are looking to enjoy local walks or simply sit back in the private hot tub enjoying unrivalled views over the valley, this immaculate property has it all. Make sure you bring your wellies as it is in a rural setting.
Just a short drive will take you to the Rhug Farm Shop which provides a tempting selection of Welsh food in the shop and bistro. Bala is a great town for walker; paths include heritage and town trails and a walk around the lake. The world-famous railway can be joined in the local town of Corwen, where you can enjoy a steam train ride into Llangollen, home of the annual International Musical Eisteddford, and scenic canals. Betws-y-Coed, the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’, and the vibrant city of Chester are both within easy reach.
