Good location in Royal Deeside

4 of us have had a very comfortable stay and the house had everything we needed. Blessed with good weather we made full use of the balcony whenever we could. A good location for exploring the surrounding areas with shops and restaurants in Banchory.

The accommodation suited our needs and for us the location was perfect as we needed rooms in Banchor

The accommodation suited our needs and for us the location was perfect as we needed rooms in Banchory. The villa's price was substantially discounted which meant that it provided good value, however at its initial cost it would, in my view, not have not done so. The woman who oversees the villa was clear, well-informed and outstandingly helpful in resolving the heating problem and letting us know the arrangements for the key collection.Things for the owner to consider. The carpets showed dirty stains (though the cleaning was outstanding), the toilet seat was broken in March and was still not replaced during our September visit. The stair banisters really need a lick of paint. Instructions for how to adjust the heating system are required.
