Villa Helvezia Levanto is very spacious, 220 sqm, on three levels.
It can comfortably accommodate 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The villa has a panoramic view, yet it is very close to the town center, and just a few minutes from the train station.
It is surrounded by a small garden and has two very large terraces overlooking the village and the sea.
Above the level of the street, the apartment can be accessed by stairs or by a private elevator.
Private parking place is a garage (for one car, near the elevator).
The town center is about 300 meters away, the train station is 400 meters, the beach is 800 meters away.
The supermarket and the covered market are 200 meters away.

The kitchen is very well equipped: oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle.
TV with satellite receiver, and Free Wi-Fi.

Levanto is the starting point for visiting the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings.
It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

Two double bedrooms.
One bedroom with French bed (smaller than a double bed, but still for 2 people) and single bed.
On the first floor, in the living room: sofa bed that can become a double bed.

Ground floor: large living room, panoramic terrace, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
1st floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, living room and large terrace with sea view. Sofa bed double.
2nd floor: another bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always do our best to provide excellent service, but in order to do this, information is needed before you arrive.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us a few days before your arrival with the necessary information on the bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we cannot prepare them in advance.
- if you don't give us your mobile phone number, and if you don't give us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait a while for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to facilitate communication (especially on the day of your arrival), please let us know your phone number and, if you use one, which instant messaging application you prefer.

IMPORTANT Notes:
- Check-in time: after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: before 10:00 a.m. This schedule is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorganize the apartment.
- Upon check-in, all guests, including children, must provide valid ID. This is necessary to communicate and register guests with the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- when checking in, you will have to pay a tax of €1,5 per person per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for people over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare the correct amount in advance. Thank you.
