Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Just 500 yards from unspoilt sandy beaches with rolling sand dunes, this lovely seaside bungalow has been renovated by the current owners and is ideal for family holidays. Anderby Creek is a conservation area and offers a peaceful and relaxing setting with lovely coastal walks and cycling. The traditional holiday resort of Skegness is 9 miles along the coast for seaside fun, while Fantasy Island Theme Park is 5 miles away and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, 12 miles away. In November seal pups can be seen on the beach at Donna Nook, 20 miles up the coast. The medieval, cathedral city of Lincoln is within an hour’s drive across the lovely Wolds countryside and the market towns of Alford and Louth are worth a day out. The village has a 3 acre fishing lake, and also a shop, two pubs and a café restaurant. Within 2 miles there is also a links golf course. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Have just returned from a 3 night break at this wonderful holiday home. You have everything you need for a self catering holiday. We did venture very far due to the not so good weather but when driving around the area there is so much to do. Would really recommend this accomadatipn.The check in and out was so easy.

Seagrass is a lovely property,it was spotlessly clean and nice and warm for our arrival.

Seagrass is a lovely property,it was spotlessly clean and nice and warm for our arrival. It's a very short walk from the property to miles of brilliant beach,as well as the coastal path which takes you past some great wetlands with a big variety of Birdlife.As we were there out of season there was only one pub open,the Creek Tavern, but it was the most friendly welcoming place we've been to.
