Beautiful house in idyllic location - very comfortable and homely feel - in a damp Christmas week it was wonderfully warm and cosy, and a perfect setting for a family get-together. A treat to have all linen and plenty of towels provided, and the beds made up on our arrival. We appreciated the very warm welcome from Denise the caretaker - she was extremely helpful , both on the phone prior to our visit and while we were there. Much enjoyed local country walks, plus meals out in Marlborough (including Rick Stein) and the Bell Inn in Ramsbury. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at Stitchcombe Mill, and would love to return one day!
