Aloha Sue, Thank you for leaving a review and we really appreciate your feedback! I do apologize again sincerely about the AC.The AC issue was unfortunate. It affected half of the buildings on the entire property at Kaanapali Royal. It was a catastrophic failure of three compressors in the system. The AC will finally be fixed this week, 7/22/2019. This was completely out of our hands and the timing was terrible. I did refund you partially for the trouble. I am sorry about the hardships you had with the steps, however both are clearly pictured in the listing, the tubs and the two very shallow steps down to the bed in the master bedroom. Mahalo again for staying with us we would love to host you again! Nick Knowlton R(S) Maui Paradise Properties LLC.
