There is currently building work in the vicinity of the property (a development of second homes). The final two houses will start in Autumn 2023 and the building of them will be in progress for approx 18 months, expected completion is Spring 2025. The houses are near the garden boundaries of the property. The noise of building machinery and vehicles may be heard from the front garden. Vehicles will arrive around 7.30am on weekdays and some Saturdays, and will be there until around 4pm.
There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.
Due to building work in the area, the access road will have work traffic from vehicles used on the building site, as the access road is being shared during the construction.
