About this property

House with one bedroom with double bed. It has a large comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. Very quiet and relaxing area. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but it is about a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to the center of Funchal. Ideal space to spend your holidays here on this magnificent island. Fantastic view of the bay of Funchal, where every day sees new cruise ships arriving at Madeira Island. Parking always possible in the vicinity of the house. Quiet, safe and relaxing area. Hot spot and sole. Magnificent view of the Bay of Funchal where every day you can see new cruise ships arriving to Madeira Island. Space with privacy and everything you need to spend a fantastic stay at the Pearl of the Atlantic. The bedroom has good solar exposure and view. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bath house. The house has a terrace with great sun exposure and fantastic views of the Bay of Funchal. Equipped with sun loungers so guests can enjoy the sun, table and chairs if you want to enjoy your meals outside. WI FI very good and TVs with many channels! We have a baby cot if you need it! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your vacation. Cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, kitchen accessories, etc. The house also has a washing machine for guests to use whenever they need it! Beach towels, bed linen, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, bottled water, hair dryer, hangers, first aid kit, extinguisher, iron, all basic items will be made available in the house. I will personally welcome my guests to welcome you to the house and to Madeira to answer any questions you may have and also to give you lots of advice on places to visit on the island. Parking always available on the outskirts of the house. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants within 3 minutes drive from the house. Attractions such as, Funchal Cable Car, Funchal Cathedral, Avenida do Mar, CR7 Museum, La Vie, Zona Velha are just a few minutes away by car. The house is 10 minutes walk from the Farmers Market and 12 minutes walk from the Cathedral of Funchal. Everything you need to spend your perfect holiday on the beautiful Madeira Island!
