This super comfortable house with perfect view over the bay and the harbor of Funchal is situated in a quiet and safe area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walk and 2 minutes drive from the heart of the city.

Ample and fully equipped space with everything you need for your dream vacation. Perfect choice to spend holidays with family or friends, be in a quiet area but at the same time near the center of Funchal.

Quiet, safe and relaxing area. Hot zone and with good sun exposure. Magnificent view over the Bay of Funchal, where you can see new cruise ships arriving at Madeira Island. Space with privacy and everything you need to spend a fantastic stay on the Pearl of the Atlantic. The room has good sun exposure and views. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom.

The house has a balcony with optimal sun exposure and fantastic views over the bay of Funchal with table and chairs so that guests can enjoy the sun of the island and if you want to enjoy your meals outside.

WI FI very good and TVs with many channels! We have a crib if you need it!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals during your holiday. Cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, kitchen accessories, etc. The house also has a washing machine for guests to use whenever they need it!

Beach towels, bed linen, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, bottled water, hair dryer, hangers, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, iron, all basic items will be made available in the house.

Personally, I will personally welcome my guests in the house to welcome them to the house and Madeira, to answer any questions they may have and also to give you lots of advice on places to visit on the island.

Parking always available on the outskirts of the house. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants within 3 minutes drive from the house. Attractions such as the Funchal Cable Car, the Funchal Cathedral, the Avenida do Mar, the CR7 Museum, La Vie, Zona Velha are just a few minutes away by car.

The house is a 10-minute walk from the Farmers Market and a 12-minute walk from the Funchal Cathedral.
