About this property

This newly renovated apartment is located just a breath away from the sea. Decorated with high res prints of Vincent Van Gogh, this lovely house is fully equipped and will provide you the best stay for your vacations.

The building was constructed in the late 70's and the apartment, which lies in the forth floor (accessed by elavator), renovated in 2018.

There is a spacious living room with a really comfortable sofa, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a big closet. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. There is boiler which provides 24 hours of water. The balcony with the amazing sea view will offer you the completely ideally relaxation who everyone needs in the vacations. For those you have jewelries and expensive stuff you want to protect more there is a safe store.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

The house is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach of Glyfada is less than one km away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Voula and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning.

Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport. There is a bus and tram station from where you can take a bus or tram to the city center.

For those who don't want to lose their training can enjoy the track of the 'Agios Kosmas' stadium.

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony

November in Greece!

Owner and manager were amazing! Easy communication, quick responses. Let us in early since no one was there. Good view. The beach isn’t a far walk at all. TV’s in all rooms which for teens was a big plus!! Would defiantly stay here again

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We rented this apartment for a family vacation for 8 days. We were 3 couples and a toddler. Apt is in a great location with easy access to the tram that can take you to glyfada center, many beaches and to central Athens. Common space was nice with lots of windows and light and every bedroom had its own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and it was a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it

It is a nice property, but it definitely needed to be cleaned prior to our arrival. Some basic amenities were absent, which made it challenging . Our concerns were addressed and we received some compensation.

Clean house. Nice location.

The house is located in a nice area with easy street parking and sea view. The beach across the street (highway) is free with a lifeguard present. There is public transportation next to the building. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself has a nice balcony if you want to enjoy the view.
