Villa KATERINA has 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and another bathroom. Living room with dining corner and open plan kitchen. Big patio overlooking the pool with panoramic sea view and a big garden. Villa KATERINA is within the Kalamaki villas group and is set lower down the hill on this small private estate, alongside villa Eleni and villa Theresa well shielded by trees. The private pool is just below the spacious, covered, sea view terrace and, as the land slopes away below the villa, the views to the sea and the Taygetos mountains are superb. The villa has one double and one twin bedroom, each with air conditioning and with mountain or sea views. The living room, which opens with French windows on to the covered sea view terrace, has an extra sofa bed for a child and a 26” flat-screen TV. The kitchen area comes with full cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two bathrooms with full bath with shower. All windows and sliding doors are fully mozzie-netted.

Lovely week in a relaxing location, fantastic view & pleasant surroundings. Lots of local tavernas within short driving distance, and variety of beaches and historical sites to explore.

Beautiful spot

We had the most wonderful week here with about a half an hour drive from the airport. It’s a beautiful area to explore with lots of secluded beaches and interesting sites to visit. We hired a car to explore the peninsula and found more gems. The locals were helpful and the prices were reasonable. All in all a brilliant holiday.

Magnifique location

Super séjour de 5 nuits dans cette maison si agréable : espace de vie grand et lumineux, deux belles chambres et 2 salles de bains. La maison est bien équipée, la piscine si agréable et la vue magnifique. Nous avons été bien été accueillis par Georges, merci pour sa gentillesse. La maison est en dehors de la ville donc très calme. Pitalidi est une petite ville hyper agréable et pas trop touristique. Une voiture est nécessaire, le chemin d'accès est assez raide et pas goudronné sur toute la longueur mais accessible sans problème sauf peut-être pour les cabriolets !!! Certains commentaires mentionnent le bruit des animations du club de vacances français qui se trouve en contrebas. Sensibles au bruit cela ne nous a pas gêné, les animations avaient lieu plutôt le soir au moment de l'apéritif ! Petites améliorations à prévoir : changement de la climatisation dans la chambre parentale qui n'est plus très efficace et un peu bruyante, et pour les fortes chaleur la climatisation de la pièce à vivre serait vraiment un plus.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux. Le seul bémol est le club de vacances français qui se trouve en bas à quelques centaines de mètres de la propriété et qui met la musique très fort.
