In the summer and fall, the lake is great for swimming, fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding and kayaking right from the private dock. There are walking trails right across the street, or a short walk to the Embleton Mt trailhead.

The house has a kitchen with BBQ, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils, and a comfortable living room with a great view of the lake. There is a bedroom with queen bed upstairs. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and "kids" room with a twin over double bunk bed, and a games room with sofa bed. If you can't quite get away from it all we have a full entertainment center, high speed WIFI and basic cable channels. There are also plenty of books, games, puzzles to enjoy.

This space is ideal for up to 4-5 adults plus kids.

Gorgeous view of the lake from the cottage, we loved having our morning coffee overlooking the lake. Lake is beautiful and clean, great for swimming off the dock. We loved our stay and hope to come back

Lake retreat

The hosts were excellent. The property is beautiful. Fishing, swimming, watersports, the kids loved it and the adults relaxed and enjoyed the lakes beauty and peacefulness. The weather was perfect as well. Thanks to our hosts for making this a wonderful visit with our grandchildren.

Sun Peaks get away

The house is on the lake and only 10-12mins from the parking lot at Sun Peaks. It was perfect for our family everyone had great sleeps. There was lots of room for relaxing and the hiking trail across the road were very nice in the snow.

Ski trip vacacation

The location and ammenities of this property were ideal for Sun Peaks. There are not a lot of places to eat in the village. I was so happy we had a full kitchen with all the necessities to cook breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We loved the peaceful mornings by the water and the stunning views throughout the day. Megan and Dean are the perfect hosts, so responsive and genuinely caring about making sure our stay was perfect. Fantastic location, great host

We were absolutely blown away by the location of the house. The view of the lake is to die for. The house had everything that was needed. It has everything you need. The hosts are extremely responsive and very patient and attentive. We really appreciated it. Great stay.
