It has a very large living-dining room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one 150 cm bed and 4 105 cm beds), as well as a bathroom and a toilet, the windows are soundproofed so as not to hear the street, electric shutters, TV, oven, induction plate, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, central heating, free WIFI, elevator. From the time you book, Jose tje host is exceptional at answering any questions in a timely fashion. He was also great with links and recommendations during your stay. The property is modern and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located on a relatively quiet street, but only a 4 min walk to the cathedral, pubs, restaurants and shopping.

The whole process was simple and quick. Location was perfect for our trip. Did have a plate tip over in the dishwasher and break, such things do occasionally happen.

Amazing Galician experience

Great location for exploring Santiago de Compostella, with good access to transport to rest of Galicia. Close to restaurants, shops and historic areas. The host was very attentive and extremely helpful. Would definitely return.

Excellent Apartment

Very comfortable apartment, very clean and every amenity you could wish for from a coffee maker to full internet. The owner was there to help us with our bags, very helpful about the area and made us feel at home from the start. The apartment is very secure and has a lift if you need it. Excellent facilities and condition. Big thank you for a very pleasant stay. Could not fault anything. Will definately be back

Modern, super clean and perfectly located!

Everything was just right. Super easy check in with Jose awaiting our arrival in front of the building! Modern, super clean apartment with well-planned space. The owner kindly left fresh fruit, teas/coffees and breakfast cakes. A quick 10 minute walk to the old town and Compostela. Absolutely perfect fit for our group! Muchas Gracias Jose!

Excellent experience

Jose is an exceptional host. He had lots of suggestions for things to see and do. He met us at the flat the day we arrived. He showed us where to park for a reasonable monthly fee. He walked us through all of the elements of the flat. He was always available for questions. The flat was impeccably clean. The location was excellent. Full amenities included in apartment. We loved the area and will return. We hope Jose's property is available when we do come back. It will be our #1 choice!

Excellent Apartment. Very comfortable, modern, fully stocked with kitchen fully stocked with nice plateware, pots, pans, etc. Spices also available. Excellent Location - This apartment is located in an excellent location. 10 minute walk to Cathedral, very nice park 5 minute walk. Lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants close by. Nice shopping close by in old town and higher end fashion 10 - 15 minute walk. Excellent Host - The host was excellent to communicate. He went over the top by meeting us at the apartment and going over all the details and close by venues. He also stocked the apartment with fresh oranges and lemons, bakery items, milk, chocolate, etc. Overall excellent. My wife and I have stayed at many properties during the last 25 years and this is one of the nicest properties. Highly recommend this property.

Gracias a los 5 por haber pasado esta semana y media con nosotros. Los días de Navidad son muy bonitos para celebrarlos en familia y nos alegra que los hayáis pasado con nosotros. Las luces en las calles, el mercado de navidad a 3 minutos, las noches de música en directo en la Plaza Roja a 2 minutos, gran variedad de restaurantes.... Limpieza y comodidad.

Agradezco a José su buen trató. El apartamento está en un lugar cercano a la zona monumental de Santiago. No falta de nada para sentirte en casa. Muy recomendable.

Ideal para visitar Santiago a 10 minutos andado del centro histórico. Apartamento completamente equipado, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades, muy cerca de de zona de comercios y restauración. Muy tranquilo. José el anfitrión nos recomendo lugares para comer y estuvo muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitaramos, sin duda volvoremos a repetir.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. L ´appartement est très bien placé avec le centre ville facilement accessible à pied.
