7th Floor Gulf Front Condo - Family Friendly Facility

Unit 711 Nature lovers, Dauphin Island and this Holiday Isle unit is for you. Luxury Gulf-front, this unit is on the top floor in the center of the building, directly over the outside pool. It is one of two units that has an outside entrance to the 7th floor lobby. This lobby has a very large sitting area, and a large plate glass window that has a very pretty view of the bridge, and entrance to Dauphin Island. It is very handy for handicap, and older people, as in my wife and my case. We have Wi Fi, cable TV, and a large CD collection. This 7th floor condo sleeps 6 in a 2BR/2BA unit. Master bedroom has a King bed and balcony access. 2nd bedroom has a queen Bed. There is also a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! The location could not have been better—right on the beachside with easy access to the water/pool (which was a saltwater pool) and stunning views. One thing I really appreciated was how convenient and quiet everything was. The elevators were located right next to my room, but they were never busy, which made it extremely easy to get around without any wait. The staff went above and beyond—everyone I interacted with was so friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made me feel very welcomed and cared for. Another highlight was that the area where I stayed had only two units with a sitting area that had a great view of Bienvielle, so it felt private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.The condo was gorgeous and very spacious! Felt like a home. Overall, it was such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone seeking a quiet, beachside escape with excellent service. My family came for the day and we made lots of beautiful memories! I would highly recommend this place.

Great Home Away From Home

Our first visit to Dauphin Island. Condo was great. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable. Loved the ship collection, birdhouses, lighthouses and artwork on the walls. There were books to read and a movie collection. So many condos seem so sterile now a days. This condo felt like home. Large balcony with phenomenal view. Holiday Isle is a great low density resort with indoor and outdoor pools, no long wait time with elevators, and security. Also loved having a person downstairs at the check in desk. The only negative, is the beach is so far away. My husband and I have mobility issues and could not make it to the warer. Would definitely love to stay here again soon.

Dauphin Island

This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and we absolutely loved this property! The beach was absolutely perfect and just the right amount of people. It is an island so there are not a lot of food options but we brought most of our food to keep in the condo. The master bedroom was very stylish and modern. The second bedroom was spacious and clean however the mattress was better suited for children than grown adults. This, however did not affect our rating of the property. We plan on using this location again.

Nice Family Getaway

We loved our stay. As a family with young children, the pool was a big hit. The beach did not feel overly crowded, even on a busy holiday weekend. This unit was beautiful. I like that it is steps from the elevator and you don’t have to walk outside to get to it. It is decorated with beautiful antique sail boats. We had to do quite a bit of childproofing as soon as we arrived so that none of the collectables would get damaged. Large balcony with amazing views and plenty of furniture for dining or just lounging.

Holiday Isle was the best condo we have rented in years. Best ocean view from the 7th floor. Beds were great, no soggy mattresses or flat pillows! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent Vacation - VRBO description was not accurate.

We initially wanted to stay in a 7th floor unit. We found one on VRBO and proceeded to book it. The next day, we received an email from the local management company (ACP) indicating that the unit we booked was not available for occupancy, as it sustained damaged during Hurricane Sally and was being repaired. Not sure why VRBO allowed me to book a property that was unavailable. ACP switched us to a unit on the 5th floor as an alternative. We were VERY HAPPY with it - nicely furnished, clean, and good view of the beach. I was very impressed with the friendliness and excellent level of service by ACP. The entire condo complex sustained a lot of damage from the hurricane, but they did a good job of working around this and facilitating a relaxing vacation for us. Highly recommended !!

This place was great! Loved the island, loved the beach, loved spending time at the pool, loved the view from the balcony and we loved the condo itself! Not a ton of options for food on the island, but we really like getting fresh steamed seafood from Skinner's and eating it back at the condo! Also, right across the street from the condo is Island Rainbow, which had great pizza and ice cream! We were disappointed that we didn't get to try Pirates or Cap'n Snapper's. Be aware of rip tide when swimming at the beach! Overall, it was a great trip and we plan to come back!
