A fourteen hundred square foot house on a ten acres site in a quiet and private rural setting. Three thousand square feet of flat lawn area for lawn games (bean bag toss game equipment provided) large patio with gas barbecue and dining table and chairs. An area for tent usage (bring your own tents and sleeping bags). This site is within 15 miles driving distance of Lake Pend Oreille, 10 miles to Farragut State Park, 3 miles to Silverwood Theme Park, 8 miles to Spirit Lake and 8 miles to Twin Lakes. Included is access to high speed internet (WiFi) through Hughes Net.

A quiet setting and gracious host

We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!

Great spot!

The house was perfect for a family get together. We enjoyed time in the backyard! The kitchen and living room area in particular are spacious. Host was communicative and very kind. Would absolutely stay here again!
