Epotx-Etxea is a set of 3 completely independent houses, on a 8,000m2 garden.
Itxaso is located on the first floor of the main house, above where I live with my wife Maikar and my children Ander and Maria.
Itxaso has 85m2, has 2 double rooms, spacious, full bathroom, TV room, full kitchen, terrace with views that modestly apart are spectacular, the sea is seen, to the coast of France and the entire environment of Epotx-Etxea, vineyards, the entrance of the port of Getaria ....
As a novelty since last year sitting on the sofa in the living room you can see the sea and the garden through a window that looks more like a living picture ....
