The houses, with a capacity for 2 and 6 people respectively, are located in a unique place, just below the Tajo de Ronda.

Both houses have been restored preserving the charm of the old, with the comforts of today.

CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION RURAL HOUSES HUERTA DEL TAJO IN RONDA
The houses can be used from 16 hours on the day of arrival and must be free before 12 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
- The rent, and therefore the payment for the stays, is made directly, although for this they must inform before the dates requested through the telephone number that appears on the web, paying a 50% down payment. The rest of the total amount must be paid to the owner upon arrival at the accommodation. The reservations will be provisional for 48 hours and are not considered definitive until the owner of the house has not received the signal. If, after 48 hours, the interested party does not confirm the sending of the signal, the reservations will be considered voided.
- The amount paid for possible reasons or problems unrelated to the house itself will not be refunded.
- The traveler is fully responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of people who have to occupy the house (without omitting children), when making the reservation.
- In no case will be able to admit more people from the places for which the house is prepared, reserving the owner the right of non-admission or eviction.
- The collection of keys will always take place before 22 hours unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- Animals are not permitted.
- In times when firewood is used, an amount of € 15 per night will be paid for the large house and € 10 for the small one, unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
- Irregularities or deficiencies that are found should be communicated to the owner as soon as possible and during the stay.
- During the rental period, the farm will be periodically entered for irrigation and maintenance work.
- The use of the pool and various facilities of the farm is the exclusive responsibility of the clients; the property is therefore exempt from liability for possible accidents that may occur.

The formalization of the reservations of the houses implies the full acceptance of the mentioned conditions.
