Our cottage is located in an old labourdine renovated XVIIth century approved by the prefecture (3 and 4 stars).
It offers a panoramic sea / mountains between Saint-Jean-de-Luz (7km) and Hendaye (4km) on Urrugne 4 km from the Basque Country, 20 minutes from Biarritz, Sare and Ainhoa classified in the most beautiful villages of France .

Our cottage is located in an old labourdine renovated XVIIth century approved by the prefecture (3 and 4 stars).

Der Empfang war freundlich, die Wohnung war sauber, die Lage einfach traumhaft, beim Frühstück auf der Terasse hatten wir einen tollen Blick bis zum Meer.Einzig die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung dürfte heller sein, da diese gerade beim Kochen wirklich fehlt.Ansonsten kann nur ein großes Dankeschön aussprechen.

Merci pr votre séjour. Tout ce qui est excessive est insignifiant et j'invite les internautes à consulter les appréciations des autres vacanciers. Vous avez opté pour une labourdine traditionnelle du XVIIème qui reprend les principe de l'architecture basque d'époque dont les petites ouvertures et non de larges baies vitrées ! Très sombre je trouve ça sévère ! Le pays basque est certes humide et notre maison traitée : 2 VMC sont distribuées ds toutes les pièces, des photos à l'appui sur dde !! des lauzes d'époques en surface car des drainages et résines au sol Quant au sol dangereux encore surprise par ce terme, il n'est absolument pas à risque validé tous les labels Atout France et Gite de France Difficile à chauffer, il ne faisait pas moins de 25° dans l'appartement et aucun supplément vous a été compté

Magnifique séjour au pays basque.

Nous avons adoré le lieu avec cette vue imprenable sur les Pyrénées ! L'endroit est magnifique et on s'y sent bien. Facilité de se garer dans le parking privé du gîte. Bon accueil de la propriétaire. Gîte Idéalement situé pour faire un saut en Espagne. Chemins de randonnées à proximité. Commerces accessibles. Toutes les conditions sont réunies pour un séjour de qualité situé.situé

Enchanteur et formidable

Séjour enchanteur dans cette jolie maison basque au milieu des près, avec l'océan en arrière plan. La maison est très joliment décorée. Le lieu est calme. L'hôtesse est très accueillante et nous a donné des conseils judicieux sur ce qu'il faut découvrir. Une semaine de bonheur.

Accueil chaleureux. Très beau gîte typique, situé dans un cadre magnifique, avec une belle vue sur le Pays Basque et à proximité immédiate des plages de St Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne et de l'Espagne. Calme, propreté, douceur de vivre sont au rendez-vous. A recommander sans réserve !

Après une longue route, que c'est agréable d'arriver dans une belle propriété comme Peroch Baïta ! Nous avions une place de parking, et quel beau jardin !!!! L'accueil de la propriétaire a été exemplaire. La découverte du logement était sans surprise, correspondant tout à fait aux photos. De la location la vue est superbe sur la campagne basque avec au loin le bleu de la mer du golfe de Gascogne. Le soir c'est sympa de voir le phare de Biarritz qui illumine la cote. Les nuits sont très calmes et la literie neuve et super confortable. Nous avons bien dormi. Ce fut une bonne semaine de Vacances. Nous recommandons cette location tant pour l'intérieur, le jardin et l'accueil. Nous avons aussi apprécié les bons conseils de Mme Echeveste pour la découverte de la région. Nous y reviendrons, il y a tant a voir ! a bientôt et merci
