The Property Story:
This brand new four story home was built specifically for groups visiting our amazing Music City! It has everything you could ask for and more. It's Downtown, just five blocks from the heart of Germantown and just two miles from all the Honky-Tonks beginning on 2nd avenue in the Music and Entertainment District. When you enter the ground floor you'll encounter the homes gathering space with a pool table, pub table, and darts.
The ground floor has a private driveway and garage, along with the GAME ROOM. The Game room features a pool table and dart board with lots of seating. Upstairs on the second floor you’ll find a gorgeous living area with plenty of seating and a fireplace. The living area is outfitted with a deluxe queen sleeper sofa. This is also where the kitchen is with island and bar seating for five, dining table that seats eight, a private den with french doors a twin day bed & trundle bed; a powder room completes the second floor. Follow your way upstairs to the third floor and you’ll find three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom boasts a comfy king bed with en suite full bath. Bedroom #2 also has a comfy king bed and shares a full bath with the 3rd bedroom and the den. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a twin day bed and also shares the third floor full bathroom. Just when you thought this house couldn’t get any better, there is a fourth floor! The fourth level is home to Bedroom #4 ,a "mini-master" with a king bed and en suite full bath, Lounge area with an upgraded comfy queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette and flat screen SmartTV; and last but not least the Roof Top Deck! The deck is fully furnished, complete with love seat and chairs, counter height outdoor dining table and seating, plus lounge chairs. This home is sure to make your Nashville trip one of a kind for the whole gang!

Music City Chic is outfitted with a state-of-the-art door locking system. Your group will be given one unique code for the front door so everyone can come and go as they please.
