Max is a singer songwriter who has an RIAA Gold Record for his hit single, “From Where I’m Sitting,” recorded by Gary Allan in 1997. Cindy is a real estate investor who loves renovating and building houses. The spring 2017 completion of Chateau on Monroe is the fulfillment of our latest dream: providing guests from around the world an exceptional hosting experience as they explore everything our beloved city has to offer, served up with a heaping portion of good ole southern Music City hospitality.

Why they chose this property
Max and Cindy are proud to call Nashville and Chateau on Monroe our home. We spent all of 2016 completely rebuilding this historic house, constructed in 1900, into a modern and contemporary home full of luxurious character and charm. From inception to completion our plans included designating the entire second level as a fully enclosed and private vacation rental unit so that others may enjoy our marvelous city in luxurious style. Welcome to Nashville! If you need help getting around, facts and information, recommendations, or can't remember how to operate the coffeemaker, we're just downstairs so you're usually seconds away from needed assistance. Craving some privacy? With our smart keypad locks, we'll give you the code and other than a txt in case of questions you will have complete privacy during your time here.
