House located in Albons, village that is on the border between Alt and Baix Empordà. It is easy to reach and is well connected, yet it is a small town where you can enjoy the tranquility. It is about 5 minutes from the beaches of Sant Martí d'Empúries, about 20 minutes from Figueres where among others is the Dalí museum and about 30 minutes from Girona which is the capital of the province. It is also close to the Natural Park of Montgrí and Las Medes where you can make routes on foot and diving.
In the restoration of the houses we have maintained the typical Catalan volta and the stone walls, which together with a white wall give them a warm and welcoming air.
Despite maintaining original features, the houses have the same comforts of a modern construction house as heating, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher ...
It also has a garden with a pool to enjoy the outdoors.
El Jou, is a house with three floors. On the ground floor is the entrance and a bathroom where the washing machine is, on the 1st. there is the kitchen with all the services and the living room with TV and in the 2nd there are 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom and the marriage’s room with private bathroom.
Despite having 3 floors it is a very cozy house.
This house can accommodate up to 6 people and it is not possible to add any extra bed.
El Cau, is a house with 2 floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen / dining room and the living room with TV and a small toilet in which there is the washing machine. On the 2nd floor are the two bedrooms, one double and the marriage’s one, both with private bathroom. It is a nice and comfortable little house.
This house can accommodate 4 people, but if it’s needed can add an extra bed.
At the entrance of the houses there is a terrace area where there is 1 table and chairs for each house in case you want to eat outside. Then there is the garden with the communal pool that overlooks Massís del Montgrí.
