Breathtaking View of Red Cliffs

Bring your binoculars! House sits at the foot of red canyon wall. Our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can serve as your base camp for visiting 3 national parks or hiking on the 3 well marked local trails starting just blocks away from our home. For a change of pace, visit the local museum to learn more about Kanab's role in western movies and t.v. shows, or take a 10 minute walk to the local aquatic center and playgrounds. When it is time to "kick back", enjoy the neighborhood fitness center, indoor pool or outdoor pool, or just relax on our covered porch and soak in our amazing mountain view. Master bedroom has luxury king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds (can be made up as king for small fee - just ask) for up to 6 guests. High speed WIFI provided. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Absolutely the nicest place I’ve ever been. The view from the patio is spectacular. Very clean, well furnished kitchen and laundry. Plus we could park in the garage. We certainly plan to stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better home base to explore the area. The house is beautiful, clean, cozy, and well stocked with all the essentials. The patio backdrop is just gorgeous and a beautiful setting for morning coffee or evening drinks. Communication was great and directions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend to couples or families.

Very nice home in beautiful neighborhood just outside of town. Convenient for day trips to Zion, Bryce, Glen Canyon, etc. Fantastic sunrise and sunset from Jackson Reservoir. House was beautiful, backing right to the canyon wall. Couldn’t ask for a quieter, more peaceful neighborhood. Host was very pleasant and communicative. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, living room was great with a pretty back yard and the canyon view. Everything in town was literally 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend this house if you are staying in Kanab!

I first visited Kanab almost 30 years ago and fell in love with the beauty of the area. I have traveled back several times over the years and brought my children, who also enjoyed the countless activities nearby. Finally, I decided to purchase a little piece of the beautiful red canyon in the lovely La Estancia neighborhood. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
