Villa Liobe Grande is a welcoming apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Liobe Grande you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Villa Liobe Grande is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Vico Equense, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the bus stop at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles). You will reach Villa Liobe Grande from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Liobe Grande. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.

The garden is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It is partly shaded by century-old palms and by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.
First ApartmentLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine.
Second ApartmentLiving Room 2
The second living room is paved with wood.
