About this property

This gorgeous unit was recently renovated from top to bottom- containing all new furniture and appliances! There are two balconies with one having an ocean view, and the other has a west view and both balconies have new patio furniture. The living room has a 55" flatscreen. The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and granite counters. It is very well equipped with all the utensils and cookware you will need. There is also a counter height bar with three barstools and a dining table which seats six.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, while the guest room has two full-size beds- all new mattresses and linens. There is a 49" flatscreen in the master bedroom and a 42" flatscreen in the guest room. The master bath has a new shower and vanity, and both bathrooms have hairdryers. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and both are new.

This lovely condo also has many of the extras you wouldn't always expect. There are six beach chairs, 6 beach towels, a pack-n-play, a jogging stroller for our tiniest guests, beach toys and boogie boards, an umbrella and free internet. It is located in the beautiful Sandcastles complex which is one of Cocoa Beach's premier properties. This complex has plenty of parking, elevators, a heated outdoor pool with a hot tub, and tennis courts. This complex is located right on the beach and close to restaurants, post office, library, grocery stores, and parks.

You will not want to miss the opportunity to vacation in this beautiful condo in this awesome location. Cocoa Beach is within an hour's drive to Orlando International Airport, Disney World, and other popular Orlando attractions. Daytona Speedway is an hour north. Other nearby attractions are Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop,and Cocoa Beach Pier. There are so many awesome restaurants and activities that you may never want to leave!

This is a great place for winter getaways, summer family vacations, or just a romantic adventure. Attractions for all ages and all levels of interests. . This property offers all you will need to have a stress free, relaxing vacation in a beautiful locale.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished and close to everything. Went to Epcot for a day, only about an hour away. Visited the Kennedy Space Center and did a little fishing at Jetty Park and of course, enjoyed the beach. We even got to see 2 launches from Cape Canaveral, the 2nd one we were right on the beach by the condo!

Awesome!

The condo was perfect! It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. It has everything to make traveling easy and enjoyable, especially at the beach! The hosts were wonderful and the complex itself is well kept with a heated pool and easy beach access. By far, one of the best places we have stayed! We hope to visit again!

All The Comforts of Home!

Loved this condo by the beach. Everything you needed was supplied and the beds were very comfy. The pool has to be the warmest I've been in and open late. Within walking distance of Coca Beach downtown, highly recommend.

We came to Cocoa Beach as we were preparing to leave on a cruise. After spending two days exploring the area we knew we wanted to return for extended vacations. After renting the past 6 years (last 2 at Sandcastles) we were fortunate to purchase our condo March 2016. The nicest attraction to the area is the small town beach community with the friendly residents.

Why they chose this property

Sandcastles is immaculately kept at all times of the year. We also love the location because it is close to Disney, Kennedy Space Center, airports and more restaurants and bars on water than you can visit in a week.
