With a terrific view of the Continental Divide, we are a short drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mtn, A-Basin and Loveland - and only 40 minutes to Vail, you'll be comfy in our vacation home. This delightful and updated two bedroom plus loft/one and three quarters bath unit is located up in the heart of Wildernest. A spiral staircase has been added to the standard Treehouse layout which opens up the living room and makes room for a dining space.
This unit sleeps 8 and guests will enjoys flat screen TVs with Dish cable & Roku and WIFI throughout the unit. Our WIFI is upgraded service from the standard Treehouse wifi since I'm an IT professional and must have reliable Internet service. Unlike other units with lofts, this loft has been walled off with a separate door, making it a more private space!
Treehouse H302 also has a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a long day on the slopes. This is a great family unit that offers its guests the best clubhouse in Wildernest with a pool, hot tub, common area with pool tables and video games. Whether it is winter or summer, come enjoy all that Colorado has to offer!
Master Bedroom: Queen
2nd Bedroom: Queen
Loft: Queen, Captains Bunk (twin on top, full on bottom), Futon
We offer you mountain elegance for your high country adventures! High end bedding, loads of comfy pillows, mountain style furnishings, and soft towels make your stay relaxing and rejuvenating. Despite being on the 3rd floor, our unit is only up two flights of stairs but if there are mobility issues, we may not be your best choice!
$10 per night discount for returning guests with 5 star ratings!
Coffee maker and if you grind your own beans, we've got a coffee grinder too; new toaster for breakfast and a fully stocked kitchen for you to prepare your meals. We have plenty of pots, pans, roasting pan, crock pot, blender, and plenty or utensils and cooking needs. The pantry is stocked with spices, oils, syrup, flour and baking needs, and coffee making items. And we also have some condiments and butter in the fridge. In our high alpine environment, you'll want to drink plenty of water and our tap water is treated fresh snow melt so it doesn't get any fresher or tastier (no need for bottled water from the supermarket)! If you need to adjust to the altitude (we are over 9,000 feet in elevation) we can provide some articles on how to prepare yourself for the altitude.
We have many terrific restaurants, pubs, and lots of shopping. We will provide recommendations on some of our favorites. Summit County offers so many recreational activities such as world class skiing and riding, tubing and ice skating, dog sledding and snowmobiling, mountain and road biking, sailing, rafting and kayaking, and some of the best hiking and biking trails in the world. Hunting, fishing, golfing are nearby. Great cultural choices are also available when it is time to slow down such as Dillon and Breck theatres, Breck Music Festival and National Repertory Orchestra, summer weekly free concerts, Friday summer farmers market, wine and foodie events throughout the year, dancing, art festivals, galleries and more!
Summit Express free bus service is just steps from our door and takes you to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin and Copper Mountain as well as the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon. There are efficient shuttle services from DIA including Summit Express - reserve at Enterprise Car Rental is close by as well.
Free parking right outside the door. The street and parking is plowed by our HOA but we live in the mountains so be prepared for alpine conditions.
Our complex does not allow pets for non-owners, so we cannot make any exceptions, no matter how nice your pooch is.

About the host
Hosted by Kristin Zagray
I am an east coast transplant who has lived in Colorado for over 30 years and loves sailing, playing squash and skiing. My son and I race sailboats on Lake Dillon in the summer and ski at Copper Mountain in the winter.
Why they chose this property
I bought this place as a refuge from hectic Denver life and so I could sail (I race J22s on Lake Dillon) and ski with my kiddo. I love that it is an updated unit with a walled off loft making it more like a true 3 bedroom than any of the other Treehouse units I looked at. It also has the one of the best clubhouses in Wildernest.
