Enjoy this cozy three bedroom condominium in the popular Mountainside complex in Frisco, Colorado with gas fireplace. It is conveniently located only 10 minutes to Copper, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, and 30 minutes to Vail or A-Basin. Mountainside backs up to National Forest with hiking, Nordic and biking (mountain and road) trails right out the door--you can access these great trails without shuttling your gear. It is just blocks from the many shops and restaurants of historic Main Street in Frisco, located about one hour from Denver. Free secure WiFi.

Frisco is also home to the Marina, with wonderful boating and sailing on Lake Dillon and world class fly fishing on the Blue River. It is about 10 minutes from the outlet malls in Silverthorne.

The fully-appointed condominium has a gas fireplace, cable TV, CD/DVD, full kitchen, WiFi and assigned underground parking. Sleeps six comfortably with 2 queen-size beds in private rooms and 2 twin beds in the loft. There is an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam room and laundry in the well-maintained clubhouse as well as tennis, racquetball and volleyball courts. This is a wonderful spot to enjoy all the activities and beauty Summit County has to offer for your vacation!

*please note that our unit is on the third floor and there are great views but no elevator!!

- Reservations for stays of less than five (5) nights will not be accepted until three weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
- Please contact the owner to discuss longer term rental rates for stays longer than three weeks and reductions to the taxes which need to be collected

This place is a great location to all Summit County ski resorts. Downtown Frisco is 5 minute drive with plenty of shops and restaurants. Pool, hot tub etc. was very nice and convenient. The only slight negative was being on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

A spot for Summit Co skiing

We loved this spot. Tucked away with pretty views, but close enough to enjoy Frisco's Main St. Spacious and quiet unit with a lovely gas fireplace. We loved the amenities, too, and used the hot tubs and pool every night after skiing with our kiddos. Highly recommend! :)

The outdoor amenities were a plus for this condo block and it is situated in a great mountain view spot with access to a walking trail.However we did not enjoy the actual condo stay. The finishings are worn and feel unclean even if they are not. The bathrooms are very outdated. The living area was not very cosy. The heat was so loud and hot in one bedroom and barely made any heat in the master bedroom. I was disappointed that this is listed on VRBO, to me this is not their caliber of property

1st Family White Christmas!

We had a wonderful white Christmas in the beautiful and central Frisco area! Our hosts were amazing, providing such a hospitable stay and they were so accommodating and easy to reach! This Condo has an amazing recreation area with hot tubs, heated pool and saunas and more! This is a great choice for first timers as you can reach several major mountain towns within minutes! We will absolutely be back!

Great stay in Frisco

Perfect location close to several ski areas. Underground parking is a plus. Pool and hot tubs short walk and clean. Close to stores and a great restaurant, Pure Kitchen. Only negative was it was on the third floor and when your 70 plus definitely out of breath after walking up. Good exercise though! Definitely stay again, great communication and great hosts!

Perfect for families. Great location for easy access to great Colorado skiing! Also great pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam. Could use a few more washer and dryers but it was nice to do laundry while waiting in the hot tub. As noted in the listing, it’s a 3 story walk up so be prepared for a little extra exercise when going up and down the stairs. All in all it delivered what we needed for a great spring break family ski trip.

Great place to stay in Frisco

My family and I were coming up to ski - we were planning on hitting a couple of different mountains so we wanted a place to stay that was central. This location was excellent for us and Frisco is such a cute little town with really good restaurants. We really liked the 3 bedrooms and how spaced out they were from each other. This was really nice with an 11 year old and 13 year old who wanted some space away from each other in the evenings. We went down to the pool and hot tubs every evening after skiing - very conveniently located and easy to get to. The condo is well stocked, including racquetball gear! Our family really enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful, peaceful spot in Frisco

This is a beautiful place to stay in Frisco. There was a lovely, flowing stream you could see and hear from the condo with a gorgeous Mountain View behind it. the huge deck was a great place to relax or enjoy a meal. Dana, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. We had a small appliance issue while we stayed but Dana was available to address it and worked with us to mitigate the issue. The condo was very clean and had what we needed to make multiple meals. We had 6 adults (4 were college age kids) and being able to use the large table on the deck gave us a great place to enjoy meals together. We were also able to walk to Main Street, Dillon Lake, and a while trail system with lakes and streams adjacent to the property. It was a little away from the bustle of Frisco but an easy walk. That made it perfect to relax but still connected to the mountain town vibe.

Well located owner super responsive

Property was just as described. it is on the top floor so there are 4 flights of stairs to go up and if you're carrying a lot of skis and luggage, it can be a bit challenging. the property is lovely, not a lot of storag in the kitchen but that was ok. It suited a family well. The loft Has 2 twin beds. , there is a very separate bedroom that is very quiet with a Queen bed and there is the master. That also has a Queen bed and an ensuite. the balcony is huge and wonderful. If you can spend some time out side. The pool is lovely and the hot tubs are amazing. it is an easy walk into Frisco for shopping and a short drive to Breckenridge Copper, Keystone A basin or vail.. The owners were incredibly responsive and i would book again in a heartbeat.

Nice small Frisco condo. Good home base to hit the slopes.. Nice big hot tubs in the clubhouse to enjoy at the end of the day. The sauna in the clubhouse was not working during the stay (heater not working) but the hot tub was the primary relaxation focus and very nice. There are 3 large hot tubes and 2 out of the 3 were hot. It wasn't very busy so there was plenty of room in the 2. The racquet ball court was not usable due to some floor water damage. These negatives were not a big detraction from the stay, just mentioning them in case these amenities are important to someone reading this review that they might want to ask about them ahead of time. The condo kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Master bedroom bed was comfortable.

We are a family of 4 + our big dog from Denver. We love to ski, bike and hike and try to spend as much time in Frisco as we can.

Why they chose this property

We started with a one bedroom in this complex in 2006 and loved it so much we expanded to a larger unit in the same building!

What makes this property unique

Two of the best features of our unit are the extra large deck with amazing views and the proximity to the great clubhouse. Unlike most Mountain Side decks, ours is perfect for dining outside (seats 6 comfortably), watching sunsets, or listening to the stream trickle below. Also, we love that we can just throw on our robes and flip flops and walk down the front deck to the clubhouse without having to walk from a long distance in the cold to enjoy the hot tubs, pool or sauna.

We also love that we can walk right out of our building to the hiking or cycling trails and not have to shuttle to a trail head.
