About this property

It beautiful vacation villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located just a few minutes from Disney. This home has a comfortable living area with a tv just to enjoy with your family. Full kitchen. A master Queen size bedroom is located downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs the villa has a mater King size bedroom with in suite. Another bedroom with a Queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds and has another bathroom available upstairs. In the patio area, you can enjoy the pool and the view, also pool heating is available. Pool heating is extra and optional service. It’s $45 per day and it can be on minimum for 3 days. Also, it needs to be on for at least two days before arriving. BBQ needs to be rent it. Also, you have a nice view of the lake and the pool is private, it is a perfect area for enjoying your holiday. The villa is located in Terra Verde, it's a great community built around 3 acres. The clubhouse includes a business center, dry sauna, fitness center, arcade room, ATM, tennis courts, and a large seasonally heated pool overlooking the lake. Also, a professional front desk staff can help you.

Nice property

Nice property in a quiet area. Overlook a few cosmetic issues it's great. Having your own room and bathroom is a huge plus. We really enjoyed the convenience to shopping and the parks. I would recommend for sure.

The property is not well managed. The Villa had lot of things that need to be upgraded.

I was not totally satisfied with the property at all. Not what I’ve experienced in past stay in the Terra Verde homes. There were bugs in the Villa as well. Not a very good stay. Wouldn’t recognize staying in this property at all.

Needs a good cleaning and some maintenance done!!

Upon first arrival we noticed the pool was cold. Which we paid for a heated pool. Then we noticed the floors were not swept.Not that big of a deal so we look for a sweeper but theres none to be found. i called the manager and left a message since she didn't answer. Then I emailed her no response. Then finally after numerous calls she finally answered but called me a liar and Told me that they cleaned the house . Finally after I sent pictures of the mess they sent some one over with a sweeper about 5 hours after our arrival. they also turned the the heater when they came. I pointed out that the handrail was ripped off the wall and asked of they could fix because we had older family members coming to visit that would need the railing. They said they would be back tomorrow . Well they never showed up. The rear sliding door only opened up half way . All the toilets would stay running when you flushed them. The toilet down stairs wasn't even bolted down. We have stayed numerous houses over the last 10 years and this was by far the dirtiest

Nice resort

Resort was always quiet, there were always things to do if you didn’t want to leave the property. Overall a pleasant experience and would stay here again.
