The spacious holiday home with a large south-facing garden is located 100 meters from the Veerse Meer with a bathing beach and close to the Wolphaartsdijk marina in a small park.
The North Sea beach "De Banjaard" is 20 minutes by car from the holiday home.
House layout: Ground floor: spacious living room with open kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Hall with access to toilet with washing machine and dryer and bathroom with bath, shower and sink with underfloor heating. Furthermore, a hall with stairs cupboard, and access to a spacious bedroom with a 2 single bed.
Stairs to floor with landing, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The beds are equipped with bed linen and made upon arrival.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture.
Summerhouse with electricity supply for charging electric bicycles.
The holiday home was completely renovated in 2014.
