The villa consists of a large outdoor area completely fenced, with access through an automatic gate, parking space and garden with private pool for exclusive use.

The interior is composed of a large dining area, cooking area, pantry, living room, reading room, 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms.

It is equipped with air conditioning (central air conditioning / heating), mosquito nets, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen equipped with everything you need, TV, alarm and barbecue.

The villa is located a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Salento, especially that of Gallipoli, famous for its sea, its white sand and its historic center.
