I offer a beautiful furnished apartment in Puglia (Sandonaci near Brindisi).
It is located in a small village between Lecce and Brindisi, about half an hour from the two coasts (Adriatic coast and Ionian coast). The nearest supermarket is a five minute walk away.
The second apartment is located on the second floor and has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower (about 90 m2), it can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartments are located in the same house and can also be rented together.
Prices: according to the season
July and August CHF 500.00 / week
June, September CHF 450.00 / week
Mid season CHF 400.00 / week
Final cleaning and energy consumption are included.
At the conclusion of the contract, you will receive a lease. The full rent and a deposit of CHF 200.00 are payable upon conclusion of the contract.
