Villa Achille is a quiet place, far from the noise of the city and immersed in the green of the Sicilian countryside. Easy to reach by car, a few km from the Termini Imerese motorway junction, ideal for couples or families who want to stay in total freedom by taking advantage of the entire apartment, services and swimming pool. Thanks to its central position it is easy to reach cultural destinations such as Palermo (30Km) or the tourist beaches of Cefalù (30Km).

The villa is on two floors and guests can use the entire upper floor, all the green areas and the pool, which remains for exclusive use. In the lower floor lives his owner Pippo with two dogs Achille and Pukka.

After key collection and formal welcome, guests will be free to stay at home completely alone. For any need they can contact me by phone, ready to help.

Our dream location

Staying at Emanuel's / Pippos Villa was the highlight of our trip to Italy the location could not have been any better ...nestled in amongst the mountains overlooking the lovely town of Termini Imerese and the Majestic St Calogero with views up and down the Mediterranean coast as far as the eye can see It's a beautiful property made up of olive and fruit trees ..it's in lovely little farming community ...would not hesitate to rent their again Pippo the owner of the villa is a lovely man and has two beautiful dogs Pucca and Sheila they joined us for coffee every morning on the terrace We enjoyed our wine and our morning coffees overlooking the Mediterranean Sea... its truly a lovely location and Pippo and Emmanuel are top-rate hosts
