Easy to reach by car, a few km from the Termini Imerese motorway junction, ideal for couples or families who want to stay in total freedom by taking advantage of the entire apartment, services and swimming pool. Thanks to its central position it is easy to reach cultural destinations such as Palermo (30Km) or the tourist beaches of Cefalù (30Km).
The villa is on two floors and guests can use the entire upper floor, all the green areas and the pool, which remains for exclusive use. In the lower floor lives his owner Pippo with two dogs Achille and Pukka.
