Very nice and spacious modern apartment, it is the ideal place for your family holiday, with gorgeous communal areas with kids play park, large swimming pool and sun deck patio, and is set right downtown, very close to the Bus Station (1 minute walk), the Marina (5 minute walk) and the main avenue.

Inside the apartment it has a living room with dinning area and a balcony with BBQ, equipped kitchen, hallway, WC with standing shower, 2 guest bedrooms (one with double-sized bed and one with 2 single beds), and a master bedroom with on-suite WC with bathtub).

The apartment has AC and WIFI, and the building has lift.

There is lots of free parking next to the building, and the main supermarket is just a 2 minute walk away!
