Villa Glicine is a spectacular structure surrounded by nature, not far from the center of Colico, halfway between Lake Como, the Valtellina and the rivers.
All organized on one level on the ground floor, consists of a magnificent kitchen with an island, a large living room with a stove and three large bedrooms, two of which are double and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom with shower completes the picture. The wi-fi covers the whole house.
The property is surrounded by a magnificent garden with a veranda, barbecue and parking space.

Im Prinzip sehr, sehr schön.....

Die Vermieter/in, die im Hause wohnen, sind sehr, sehr nett, empfangen herzlich, geben gute Tipps und kümmern sich bei Fragen und Problemen. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Objektes sind ausgezeichnet, Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Radfahren, Baden oder Städtetouren können von hier aus gut gestartet werden; ins Städtchen sind es akzeptable 2,5 km, mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Alles wäre top, wenn da nicht der Hund der Hausleute wäre. Am Abend haben wir manchmal die Flucht ins Haus ergriffen, weil er alles verbellt hat, was sich bewegte (uns ließ er in Ruhe). Und da er seine "heiße" Phase hatte, heulte er mitunter über Stunden in der Nacht, so dass an Schlaf wenig zu denken war. Zeitweise wurde er zwar "ausgesiedelt", die anderen Nächte waren aber wieder wenig erbaulich. Zu empfehlen am Haus wären Moskitogitter, zumindest am Schlafzimmer

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verlebt! Der Empfang durch Barbara war herzlich. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und sämtliche funktionen von den verschiedenen Geräten erklärt. Die Lage ist ruhig, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca.5 Auto-Minuten entfernt. Leider ist die Innenstadt von Colico relativ weit entfernt, so das man nicht mal eben auf einen Cappucino zum Hafen laufen kann. Auch der Strand ist, für uns, zu weit enfernt, als das man mal eben dorthin laufen kann. Aber als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren usw. ist die Wohnung super. Die Herzlichkeit und die Gastfreundlichkeit von Barbara und ihrem Vater sind wohl kaum zu toppen. Deshalb unser Fazit: Wir werden wohl wiederkommen :)

Rundum tolles Objekt mit sehr netten Vermietern

großzügig geschnittene FeWo mit allem, was gebraucht wird. Sehr sauber, alles funktionsfähig, angenehm luftiger und schattiger Freisitz, Holzgrill (Vermieter stellt Feuerholz), Sonnenliegen, Carport mit 2 Stellplätzen, Strand 5 min. mit dem Auto, sehr gute Lage: Nähe See und Veltlin-Tal; vernünftige Betten/Matratzen.... Die Vermieter Barbara und ihr Vater Arigo geben viele Tipps für Ausflüge. Waschsalon ebenfalls nur 5 min mit dem Auto, Einkaufszentrum mit großem Iperal-Supermarkt ebenfalls sehr nah.

Comer See im Hochsommer

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit die Kommunikation war problemlos. Das Objekt ist sauber und ordentlich. Leider ist keine Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, so dass man ohne von Mücken geärgert zu werden, diese erst gegen Morgen aufmachen kann. Insgesamt war alles ok. Der Ort ist fussläufig in etwa in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen.
