Chalet Schöne Aussicht is a luxurious, detached holiday home in a beautiful location. Looking for your own chalet for a week of great winter sports? Or a nice holiday home as a base for an active summer vacation? Then Chalet Schöne Aussicht is the best option! This functional holiday home is centrally located between the ski areas of Bramberg-Neukirchen and Kitzbühel-Kirchberg and on the edge of Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. The house has recently been renovated, so it is fully equipped, but at the same time maintained its Austrian appearance. The chalet is located at the end of a quiet road, near the ski villages Bramberg and Hollersbach. Because of its location on the southern slope of the mountain you have sun all day and a phenomenal view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The chalet can accommodate groups of 2 to 12 people.

From Bramberg the Smaragdbaan will take you to the Wildkogel Arena ski area in a few minutes. This area is not only known for its excellent pistes, but also for the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world. After a day of skiing or snowboarding you can make the last descent of the day with the sleigh. Delicious, right? The other way in the valley is Hollersbach. Here too you are a few minutes away. The Panoramabaan takes you to the Kitzbüheler Alpen. More than 170 km of slopes await you here.

The chalet has a practical kitchen-diner. It is equipped with an electric cooker with six cooking zones, an oven, separate microwave and of course a dishwasher. The sink has two large washbasins. The separate living room is ideal for relaxing after an active day. All bedrooms have luxury box-spring beds that can be d. m.v. a click system can be placed against each other or can be set apart. Each (bed) room offers a fantastic view over the Salzach Valley and the National Park Hohe Tauern. In the summer you can relax in your own garden and you can enjoy the surroundings. Some walking and mountain biking trails run directly past the house

All this makes Chalet Schöne Aussicht an ideal holiday home for both summer and winter. During the winter it is the ideal base for a week of skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing or cross-country skiing. During the summer holiday a wonderful location for mountain biking, cycling, hiking or motorcycling. With the whole family or together with your friends, it is all possible!
