New villa in a fantastic location right in the ski and hiking area of ​​the Hohe Tauern. It is located in an exceptionally quiet southern exposure above the Salzach Valley. The Villa Tauern dream is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay in the mountains. The villa is luxurious and modern and has a special charm. Living / dining room, four bedrooms and separate relaxation lounge extending on 175qm living space on four levels. This is a private villa, which is provided as a holiday villa. Because of the perfect location, you can quickly reach the gondola and in the immediate vicinity there are many nice and traditional inns, in which you can stop after a busy day skiing or hiking. The house is just 200m from the downhill run and you can walk up to the place where you can find various shops and shops for daily needs.

Ein traumhafter Winterurlaub

Wir haben uns alle gleich sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt und waren sehr traurig als die Zeit wieder zu Ende war. Der Blick aus den Fenstern auf die Berge war wundervoll. Die Küche war toll ausgestattet und in den Betten konnte man einen wundervollen Schlaf finden. Somit müssen wir sagen, es ist so eine tolle Unterkunft und wir können Sie wärmsten weiter empfehlen.

Phantastisches Haus mit allem Komfort, perfekt ausgestattet, ideal für zwei Familien.

Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses ist umfangreich.Die Bäder haben einen Doppelwaschtisch, eine Toilette und eine große Dusche. Ausreichend Handtücher sind vorhanden, Betten sind bereits bezogen, Begrüßungsgeschenk stand bereit , kostenlose Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner möglich. Die Küche ist mit vielen verschiedenen Gläsern, Geschirr, Besteck, Schüsseln, Töpfen und Pfannen, Auflaufformen, Mixer, Teekanne, Eierkocher, großer Kühlschrank, separater Gefrierschrank etc. perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll dekoriert. In der Garage gibt es eine Skischuhheizung und Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Skier. Der WLAN Empfang ist ausbaufähig. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Ort, zum Skifahren ist Neukirchen aber gut mit dem Skibus erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war unkompliziert, sehr nett und freundlich. Rückmeldungen kamen sehr schnell. Zu empfehlen ist der Brötchenservice von pinzgaubrot.at, auch eine Empfehlung der Eigentümer. Danke!

Traumhaftes Chalet

Wir haben eine Woche mit Freunden in diesem traumhaften Chalet verbracht. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern, ist sehr geräumig und bietet einen schönen Blick ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Berge. Durch die offene Küche steht einem geselligen Kochabend nichts im Weg. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Skiraum mit Skischuhtrockner.

Villa mit schöner Aussicht auf Grossvenediger

Unsere Reisegruppe bestand aus 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind von knapp 12. Ursprünglich waren noch 2 weitere Erwachsene mit eingeplant, die aber verhindert waren. Die Villa ist sehr schön, geräumig, modern und komplett eingerichtet, hat 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 mit jeweils anliegendem Duschraum, und 2, die sich einen Duschraum teilen, Platz ist für 8 Leute. Alles ist wie imText und auf den Fotos beschrieben. Die Lage ist super, ruhig, schöne Aussicht, und nur knapp 2 km vom Ortskern Neukirchen entfernt. Es gibt viele Wanderwege, für geübte und weniger geübte. Wir werden gerne zurückkommen!

Gemuetlicher Rueckzugsort nach unseren Wandertagen

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was wir fuer unseren Familienurlaub gebraucht haben: auserichend Zimmer und Platz, damit wir und unsere Kinder (3 Stk.) uns ausbreiten konnten, eine vollstaendig ausgestattete Kueche, eine Terrasse mit hervorragendem Ausblick und eine ausreichend ruhige Lage fuer die Erholung nach unseren langen Wanderungen. Ein Highlight war die Infrarot-Sauna. Alles Lebensnotwendige und fuer einen Wanderurlaub Wichtige (Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wanderwege) war in kurzer Geh- oder Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele fuer die ganze Familie gab es in Vielzahl in der naeheren Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Frank war einwandfrei. Einen kurzen Notfall, bei dem wir uns aus dem Haus ausgeschlossen hatten, haben wir Dank seiner Hilfe kurzfristig loesen koennen. Alles in Allem koennen wir die Ferien-Villa besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Danke fuer den angenehmen Aufenthalt und viele Gruesse!

Superb accommodation, true as advertised

Lovely apartment, lots of room and high quality appliances. Only one item is missing: a small freezer to keep ice cream or frozen food that goes into the oven. But you can manage with just the fridge with preparing french fries the same day as when you buy groceries. Or eat out at the nice Alpenhof Hotel at walking distance. Also make sure to leave the blinds down in the summer when not in the house, otherwise it will get hot inside. Everything else is just amazing, such as the nice terrace with mountain view to eat outside and plenty of space to savely park your car(s). Highly recommended place!

Wunderschönes Haus für Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Tauerntraum. Wir, das sind 8 Freunde, die gern zusammen den Winterurlaub verbringen. Wir schätzen das Haus für seine fantastische Ausstattung (3 Badezimmer bei 4 Schlafzimmern, Fußbodenheizung, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche und vieles mehr...), den freundlichen Kontakt und die unkomplizierte Vermietung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig und der Skibus hält direkt in der Nähe. Wir sind allerdings immer mit dem Auto bis nach Jochberg gefahren (ca. 35min), da man von dort bis nach Kitzbühel gondeln kann. Es gibt aber auch das Skigebiet Wildkogel direkt in der Nähe (5 min). Weiteres Highlight ist die längste beleuchtete Rodelbahn der Welt (14km). Jedes Mal ein riesen Spaß! Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits!

Nieuwe woning die heel mooi uitgerust is. Keuken is voorzien van alle nodige apparaten. Alleen jammer dat er geen diepvriezer was. Voor de rest zeker een aanrader, zowel het huis als de streek zijn fantastisch.

A top accomodation at a superb location

We spend one week in this splendid villa. It is really a top accommodation as well as a superb location. We had a very pleasant time over there, and there is really nothing that is missing in the villa. The owner did a wonderful job in building the villa and its interior. It is even better than we had expected based on the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and very nice decorated. The living room and the open kitchen are very comfortable. And the view at the mountains is wonderful.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa am Rand des Salzachtals mit Blick auf die Tauernbergkette.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut ausgestattet bietet das Haus (fast) alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbstversorgung benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Unglücklich ist der Einbau des WLAN Routers im Metallschrank der Elektroverteilung (Schirmung). Ein Gefrierfach wäre noch sehr gut gewesen, ist aber zu verkraften. Alles in allem sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Der tolle Ausblick auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Noch zu bemerken ist die nahe Abfahrtstelle für den Skibus zum Wildkogel Skiareal.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Neues, modern und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, in schöner sonniger Hanglage, nah am wunderbaren Skigebiet (Auto empfehlenswert) lässt keine Wünsche offen!
